“This place is popping! I did not expect so many people on a random rainy weekend. The shop is spacious with multiple tables and an extra room with more tables and terrain. Great place to check out if your in the area.”

“⚠️Do not buy here I was going with my daughter to five below and I was going to buy headphones and when I opened them at my house they were broken, I tried returning it but they said come back the next day so if your buying headphones, phone case etc. look before you leave the store.⚠️”

Two more employees asked me how I was doing and the checkout person quickly and politely made me a gift receipt (unlike other stores that act like I just asked for their social security number). “Such a great place for pocket knives and watches, especially when they go on sale, you can get them for under $20 and they make the perfect gift. We have bought various camping supplies like mats, tents, sleeping bags, stoves, coolers other fun things like boogie boards, floatation devices, pool games/supplies as well as various clothing. We take advantage of the sales on jackets, shoes and other apparel. There have been times we get special personalized service when they aren't too busy an employee will actually shop with us showing us where everything is that we need and offering suggestions. We really enjoy shopping here more than other sporting goods stores.”

Rochelle was very professional and kept acknowledging customers telling them thank you for their patience. I have been in a lot of different places where the manager is horrible. However there's not a lot of new physical media from scream/shout factory, arrow video, criterion, Severin, Vinegar syndrome, KL and crunchyroll physical media when I walked in there all the same and I know sears is gone but I like FYE moves to the old sears building and add more merch including arcade machine more clothing more Japanese snacks and international snacks and also ordered stuffs from the store and online but is better for ordered stuffs online for free shipping pandemic is done you can order stuffs for the store and also unorganized physical media I was trying to find a film or anime and i see a dvd blu-ray in the wrong place and I hope they organize it and add more new physical media releases.”

“I ordered the Bandai Godzilla vs. Kong S.H MonsterArts Godzilla Action Figure last night (6/22/23) and was very worried. Never heard of the company, but because my grandson wanted this toy so bad, and his birthday is coming up, I ordered it. Because I was worried that this company might not be legit, I called them today and spoke with Eugene and he told me that my order was being processed and I should be receiving it NLT Monday, 6/26/23. This company is LEGIT and their customer service is 2nd to none. Now that I know I found a company that sells these kinds of toys/collectibles, I will buy from them again and will recommend them to others. Keep up the GREAT WORK!!!”

I was thrilled to find Coraline figurines and plushies, which are quite rare. You can easily spend a lot of time exploring all the unique and fun toys they have in stock. “A tad on the pricier side from this Japanese boutique store, so I'll have to wait for the next visit to support them. Yesterday's trip was strictly a window shopping event from this store. I'm more of a Daiso/Miniso fan, but I decided to take a looksie here. Compared to Daiso and Miniso, this store displayed similar items for more expensive. They have plushes from Super Mario to Pusheen. I almost bought me a Christmas Pusheen but decided to wait on that item. It was easy to browse around and look for stuff because their entire store was very well organized. Perhaps closer to Holiday season, I will return again for something.....but I was hoping the Pusheens wouldn't be so pricey.”
