They have a much better selection of coordinates by HARLOW for work to night, they also have a good selection of jogging sets. Some nice pieces that don't look like couch covers. Good selection of purses, luggage, home goods, shoes. The prices are a little high but part of the thrill is finding a good 'red' tag. They have definitely upgraded.

Talking to another co-worker while checking some out at the register is considered rude. But I suppose the cashiers don’t know what manners are.

Is near my home but this particular store I have a soft spot for .but this time that I went with my family we make 2 different transactions to begin with I can't take the Cart off the store I can't carry big or heavy stuff to my car so I diside not to uy to much ,Well the reason also why I give to stars is because the cashier was so rude like I say I was shopping with my daughter so we got to the register and I put my 3 things on counter pay for it .my daughter emptied the cart since we can't take it out and put it back while am paying for my stuff the lady next to me finish her transaction . My cashier ask me if I planing to pay for a box that was in the cart next to me witch belong to the other person next to me we tell her with my daughter that that was not our cart and very rude ask me to pick it up and handled to her if am not paying for I was frustrated Al ready because she embarrassed me I tell the lady she is asking for your stuff and she say thank you I didn't see it let me pay for it then my cashier ask are guys together we both replied no and she say well you need to empty everything so we don't have to ask for it any how I think it was rude it make me look like a shop lifters person I left with out an apology and frustrated .so be aware

On a Mommy & Daughter trip with my mother and what a grand time we had in this store. There were so many great funds. The parking was up front, the store was clean and full of NICE pieces. And the customer service*****We needed help in one of the departments and the staff didn’t hesitate to help us out. They were also very friendly and engaging and just chatted with us throughout our time there. They went so far to even make suggestions on matching pieces. This shopping experience just added to our wonderful mommy and daughter trip and I look forward to more with my mom. Oh and by the way, the views were everything!!

Absolutely worst management i’ve ever witnessed.. My entire family stopped shopping there . Indian female manager with short hair would follow people around suspiciously. I’ve witnessed many verbal arguments she has had with innocent customers that just came to shop in peace . Management has caused the staff to become hostile

I come to look for specific items that i use in the beauty department and if they don’t have them I leave and come back when their is a restock since items are random ,you can get a good bargain here ,I just hate the worker with their shoulder on side who I guess was hired to make everyone or everyone of color uncomfortable ,made me uneasy while shopping ,get a less discriminatory staff and let us browse and shop in peace
