DONT BUY gift cards!!! 2 cards were zero balance. The clerks say there is a ton of fraud going on. 2 of my kids were not able to use the cards they got for their birthday. This isn't the first time this has happened to us.

Samantha was a outstanding help today. She always has a smile on her face and I always choose to go though her line just so I can chat. It doesn't matter how busy the store is, she makes each guest feel heard and special, a true gem to Target!

Ther drive up service is terrible! It's been twice already I waited more than 15 minutes for them to bring out my purchase. Last time I just left after 15 minutes and cancelled my order. So disappointed.

As I and my young daughter were walking through the store, staff decided to play a recording of a moaning black male, as if having an orgasm. Good luck at your store, not coming back.

We were walking through the Target in the tech section when a sexually explicit and profanity laced vulgar recording started playing . It lasted for 3 minutes. On top of that they have 0 representation in their advertising for non-blacks, and as a Hispanic, with an Asian husband we are offended. This is not a joke!

Like some of the services they offer.Answering the phone is not one of them. I wanted customer service. Rings until Jan's up. Electronics the same ringing non answer.Pharmacy is CVS no help. Optical is direct line no transfer.Good people staffing must suck. Miles and miles away. Misplaced wallet and would be nice if Lost / found or customer could say yes or NO.No helpOne star

So sorry in the delay to post this review.On June 27, 2023, my Dad and I returned to a Target (to be remain unnamed) to work with the Consumer Cellular Rep to purchase for him a Smartphone. We selected Consumer Cellular because of the excellent customer service we received when we made a phone call to the 888 to inquiry about how to make the switch from one carrier to another as trauma free as possible. So when we arrived at the unnamed Target, we were told that the Consumer Cellular Representative was not in that day. We were not real happy about that. However, we were determined to make the change and we found OUR Target, the best one ever!!!!We knew that we had the right store, when BOTH of the Representatives acknowledge our presence. They were both working with other Target Guests. I know, right!Our Target experience was EXACTLY what my Dad was needing. A real person(s) with the IT experience and the Customer Service training to patiently answer ALL of his questions and if required, repeat the answer(s) several times. We were fortunate to work with both IT Gurus. It took us a minute, due to technical challenges with cancelling his service with the former carrier, BUT these Guru's worked their magic and we both left with huge smiles and our faces and with grateful hearts. These two people are most definitely an asset to your Target Team! Whatever you have to do to keep them, please do. I understand that one is seeking a promotion. I'm not sure how that works, but, if you'all decide to do it, The Target Corporation and especially this store, will not be disappointed.

Just made a quick visit here to get a few essentials. They had all I needed! Prices all seemed moderate. Store was clean. Employee that directed me was very clear and helpful. Restroom was clean as well. I enjoy a quick check out here. Be back again soon. Always need essentials here!

Don't come here for cosmetics. They are always out of a good 50% of their products and they never restock. Just go to Ulta next door, they always have everything that is out of stock at Target

Did a some shopping for groceries at Target for the first time. Bough groceries, snacks and fruit surprised how fresh it was. Great place yo dhop.
