Excellent follow throw when you have a problems with a doctor's office and the medication ordered. The staff from pharmacist to the support staff are professional and friendly at the same time.

I will drive from LA to T. H. E. Pharmacy in Upland. They are friendly and informative. These folks actually make me feel like they really care about my well being. I've been going there for well over a decade and will continue. And I believe he's the owner, anywho, he is exceptional.

Pick another pharmacy if possible they are rude and pretty clueless , atleast the two females I dealt with . I was waiting for my approval from my doctor took a few minutes they rudely asked me to go outside they don't allow people to sit on the BENCH they have inside ( I guess it's just for looks)

Fast and very nice. It's hard to find nice pharmaceutical personal. The older guy is very kind and willing to answer any questions kindly. No attitude or feeling of being rushed.

My mom has been getting her prescriptions here for years. T.H.E. pharmacy always looks out for my mom, if anything in her prescriptions look wrong based on what she regular gets they do not hesitate to contact us immediately. The pharmacy is a pharmacy that goes above and beyond for its customers. They truly care to ensure that the patient gets what they need and that they are safe. They're always there willing to answer any questions you may have about your medication. This is not just a pharmacy but an advocate on the patients side.

This has been my go -to pharmacy for a while now because my personal doctor is right next door to them. They are so kind and caring every time I'm there. I had once forgotten to get my medication before I left out of town and they did me a huge favor.
