T.H.E. Pharmacy is a pharmacy that goes above and beyond for its customers. The staff, from pharmacist to support staff, are professional, friendly, polite, kind, and informative. They truly care about patient well-being and safety, acting as an advocate on the patient's side. They take the time to answer questions with no attitude or feeling of being rushed. They provide excellent follow-through with doctors' offices and look out for any issues with prescriptions, not hesitating to contact customers immediately. They are fast, very nice, and make customers feel like family. Many have been going there for years or even over a decade.
Excellent follow throw when you have a problems with a doctor's office and the medication ordered. The staff from pharmacist to the support staff are professional and friendly at the same time.

I will drive from LA to T. H. E. Pharmacy in Upland. They are friendly and informative. These folks actually make me feel like they really care about my well being. I've been going there for well over a decade and will continue. And I believe he's the owner, anywho, he is exceptional.
