Flowers were nice and fresh, but be careful when ordering online from their site; "premium" size arrangement I purchased was nowhere near as large and full as even the "standard" size arrangement pictured on the site. Staff was apologetic and offered an explanation as to the difference, but more effort needs to be put into representing what's being purchased more accurately.

Suzanne’s delivered the most beautiful bouquet of aromatic flowers. They used quality roses and carnations with was not all fillers it was all flowers. I’m so happy with my 50th birthday bouquet from my sister. I will be using Suzanne’s for my arrangements in the future because they really out did themselves. Super happy with the arrangement

I bought several flowers before this is my worst experience ever I tried to order them on the Internet at 10 AM and they said they couldn’t deliver the same day so I opted for the next day delivery the next day at 3:30 in the afternoon I had to call and ask, were they still delivering the flowers got put on hold for like 20 minutes Then was told that they were out with the driver and should be there within an hour but they advise me that they have until five super disappointing .

lemme tell you, i ordered a specific plush online just for them to say “it makes no sense for you to order 1 plush from california when you live in north carolina” if i could give this place 0 stars i would, they shouldn’t have a website if you cannot order things or at least say “california residents only” .

I live in Alabama and my Aunt lives in Upton, CA. Suzann's is the best place to send her a birthday bouquet. The website is easy to manage and I've never had an issue. The delivery was amazing and my Aunt was blown away at the freshness of the flowers. I absolutely recommend Suzann's Florist for all your flower needs. I will be ordering again in the future.
