I go there all the time but! Yesterday my wife went to get some steaks like everyone else it was crowded I understand but when the butcher doesn't wrap your meat properly and meat sticking to the paper falling out even the cashier asked my wife if she wanted them to re rap it ,no sense in that damage was already.

All Stater Bros markets are always well organized and clean . I never have a problem getting what I need yes there a little pricey but for convenience that’s why I’ll continue to shop them.

Manager shuts down a line so I have to move to a long shopper. Then another manager proceeds to come in and both the manager open registers and leave myself still waiting while everyone else got through. Older manager and a younger one. This was at 9:03 on Wednesday.

I had the worst experience with Cashier Ana, She Humiliated me in front of customers because i'm legally blind, judging me for driving and unable to push in the Gift info she needed. Corporate and Store Manager were called, Complaint taken.

"Stopped by Stater Bros. on a whim to grab groceries for an impromptu barbecue and was pleasantly surprised! The meat department had great selection and quality, and the customer service was top-notch. While the store's interior could use a bit of a facelift, the products and staff more than made up for it. Scored a great deal on New York steak and enjoyed a lovely evening with family. Recommend for meat and friendly service.

I shop there all the time. Thor prices are better than Vons and Albertsons. Service is fast and very polite. I save a lot shopping at stater bros.

Had a bad experience at this store tonight on 01/27/24 @ 8pm. Guy in the deli department named David P. has the worst customer service and just a terrible attitude. Doesn't say hello or how can I help you, then proceeds to toss my turkey meat and doesn't at least "here ya go".. nothing. He acts like he's pissed at the world. This is not the first time I deal with this person and he acts the same every time. I did let someone know in the front register. He was very apologetic. Unfortunately I didn't get his name. He was the young tall guy wearing the brown jacket you see managers/supervisors wear. Hopefully he does something about it.
