This place is wonderful!!! The negative comments are genuinely people who are Karens. Every time I come here I am welcomed in with kindness. I wouldn’t keep coming back if the owners weren’t nice and they ARE nice. With customer service and retail, there’s always going to be people who complain. When you really read the depths of their “complaints” you realize those people weren’t being the best customers. This is a small business and deserves all the love and support!!!

The lady there is as rude as it gets . The sign says it opens at 11:00 . We went in at 11:05 and the lights were off . My son likes to get something from the quarter vending machines when we walk by . They weren’t out side so we went in and were using the vending machines and the lady comes in very rude and said they weren’t open yet. I asked what time they open and she said i open when I open . I wouldn’t give this lady your money . With all of the nice shop owners around go somewhere else . If you don’t want someone in your shop until the random time you open , keep your doors locked.

Stardust Alley is a must visit and my first stop when shopping for gifts or just to browse for new items. Great selection of shirts (horror,music) posters wallets and more. If you like incense they have a wide variety at great prices. Owners are cool and friendly as long as your not trying to steal or deface their property which unfortunately happens way to often. Respect these small businesses as they the gems of our community. This store ?????

I really love this store and the staff. The staff is so nice, they are genuinely happy to help. Amazing people, amazing energy. 100% recommend this store for unique srickers and amazing tshirts. Love it love it love it.?✨

This place does not know how to take care customers they were accusing a customer from stealing but when the customer came back to request subpoena of the vide they refuse, so there are accusing her they have no proof

First and foremost I don't want to invalidate other people's possible experiences, but I do want to say I believe those experiences are VERY unlikely. Especially coming from accounts that rarely review it seems suspicious.It's disappointing to see such negativity because Brenda and Eric are genuinely two of the sweetest business owners I've ever met. They not only own the store but they work in there every single time they are open. It's rare to see owners actually work every single shift but both of them do! When I first met both of them, they were beyond kind and welcoming to me. Because of that, I am a consistent and returning customer. As a Black woman I have experienced plenty of places that have profile me. Brenda and Eric didn't do that to me at all when I first visited the store. I felt welcomed, safe and happy being in their store... that's why I'm a consistent customer.Being a consistent and returning customer, I have seen A LOT. From loud and rude customers coming in, to people spilling their coffees on the floor, to teenagers coming in and only having enough money to buy a sticker, to families discovering this store for the first time. And guess what? Brenda and Eric treat each customer with the same amount of kindness. It doesn't waver. Even if a customer is rude and deserves it, they keep on being the kind people they are. And that is beyond amazing customer service.The selection at Stardust Alley is out of this world! From TOTS masks, to pins, to tees, figurines, funkos, stickers and more! There's so much here for you to choose from. If you're a horror lover or a music fan, this is the store for you! The pricing is also extremely fair.Thank you to both of you for your consistent service to the community, your kindness to me and for always welcoming me with open arms. I appreciate all the hard work you guys do and I'm sure so many others do too!

Lots of really fun inventory in this store. You name it, they’ve got something about it. Original Child’s play dolls, a variety of them, Annabelle dolls. Magnets, posters, patches, pins, wallets, and more.I would have spend hundreds in there but I had to limit myself to two Fridge Magnets and the Billy The Puppet on a bicycle doll.I only wish that we had found a way to take it apart so that it could fit in the original box, but that’s not a rub on the store. It was likely meant to be assembled then never disassembled. COOL place. Can’t wait to return!

Do not recommend coming here. Employees are so unwelcoming. I came here with my daughter to get her some t shirts she was so excited. The man that worked there was so rude. He kept looking at my daughter like she was doing something wrong. I felt so uncomfortable I asked if he had a problem with her he said no. Soon after that this woman came out of no where breathing down my neck while I tried shopping. Pissed me off I left all the t-shirts I had on hand. I won’t be spending my money with people like this. Save your time they discriminate here!

Totally rad place!!! Awesome t shirts, Stickers and purses.And......horror masks!!!! I ended up buying stickers, tshirts and a purse.Hold on lets not forgwt the main item here...leatherface!!! I bought the mask.That movie was my first horror flick as a kid.Scared the living daylights out of me.....I had to buy?Thanks guys love your place and I'll keep shopping here??Your customer service was excellent btw
