First of all had to go up front to get my printing cartridge. Made me feel like a thief instead of a customer. I had to wait in line behind about three other customers. When it was my turn, I had to wait again why’ll the cashier stepped away to go get my cartridge. You don’t have enough employees on the floor to offer good customer service.

Terrible customer service. I asked for assistance on a simple print job, I followed instructions and it didn't work. Guy at the print section ask me to go their website and he walked away without explaining details. I tried to figure it out and I'm standing there for 15 min, waiting for him. He is not looking at me and moving back and forth. I asked for a manager and same guy comes back. He was pretending he didn't know I needed help and arguing with me in front of other customers to prove he is right, i told him i need step by step help thats all. Terrible attitude. Manager never came, this place is bad.

The store did not have what i was looking for. Lightweight blond looking employe directed me to the correct store across the street. Great customer service fr! Give him a raise.

Print me service is lacking.Every printer had issues making the one printing associate work extra hard. it's inefficient. Try another Staples.

I just wanted to say I had a great experience with excellent customer service. I purchased a desk with bookcase and had to return it for a new one and the manager Tony was very nice.The whole staff was very nice and professional. Me and my dad will be returning to this store in the future .We were treated kindly. I would recommend this store to everyone. Trina Jettelson

Clean store.Needed to pick up an assembled chair. Tony had great customer service. There was an issue with my chair and Tony listened and helped to solve the issue. He is what customer service should be like.5 ⭐️ for Tony!

I went in to do an Amazon return and ended up browsing the store afterwards. All the employees were friendly and acknowledged us from the cashier up front to the associates on the floor.
