After frequenting the Staples store in Upland for over a decade, I'm finally taking the time to leave a review, and it's a positive one overall. On this recent visit, I was greeted upon arrival by a staff member who promptly inquired about my needs. I explained that I needed to print out some photos from my phone. The staff member directed me to the print and copy center, where I was assisted by a very courteous young lady. She provided clear instructions for emailing the photos to the center and patiently guided me through the process. I was impressed by how quickly I received a confirmation barcode, allowing me to proceed with the printing. However, I did encounter a slight setback when it came to printing the photos on photo paper. Nevertheless, a staff member assisted me in creating the prints in their system. Two 4x6 photos ended up costing $13.45, which I found to be on the pricier side. Despite this, I appreciate the efficient service provided by the staff and the convenience of the print and copy center. While the pricing could be more competitive, I would still recommend Staples in Upland for its range of services and helpful staff.

I just wanted to say I had a great experience with excellent customer service. I purchased a desk with bookcase and had to return it for a new one and the manager Tony was very nice.The whole staff was very nice and professional. Me and my dad will be returning to this store in the future .We were treated kindly. I would recommend this store to everyone. Trina Jettelson

I love this location for my printing projects. The supervisor is so helpful and she always has the best recommendations. There's always good coupons available on the website and app!

I came in desperate for a new good quality multi use printer because mine gave up on me on a busy Monday. As I approached the printer section, not sure exactly what to look for, Tony the assistant manager came to assist me. He educated me on the efficiency of each model and went out of his way to provide coupons, and even gave me a few tips on how to get more for my money. It is very rare to find these type of gems. I hope Staples recognizes his professionalism and excellent costumer service! Thank you Tony!

I don't know why I went to this location but mostly because it was not in the complete opposite direction of another errand I did today. The store is pretty massive. Signage isn't good in my opinion. I like to get in and out and not have to walk up and down every aisle to find what I am looking for. Anywho, I found the items I was looking for and checked out. The man at the front desk wasn't the friendliest and in fact slightly rude. Actually rude might be too mean. He was short with me? I don't know, but I have better experiences with the employees at the one on Ontario off Milliken. He seemed overwhelmed for some reason and it's not like it was busy. I had rewards to use, so coming here I wanted to use those rewards. Will use them at my local store next time around.

Well, I gotta give 'em 5 stars. They did a fantastic job for me not once, but twice. Sara and Samantha helped me with an important project where I needed to put together a bunch of stuff in a binder (about 475 pages) with a bunch of tabs and it just turned out great!! I'm very happy with their work and the price was good as well

I got my wedding invitations printed here this week and I was helped by Victoria and Taylor. They were so patient and helpful with me throughout the entire process. If you're budgeting for your wedding and need amazing service and quality you should definitely check them out! They finished my invites in less than 24 hours and my fiancé and I are so excited to send them out.

Wow. I worked I retail for 2 decades and I have never met anyone as colossally arrogant and rude. I purchased a gaming chair for 179. I hadn't realized that they hadn't given me the online price of 159. I came back for an adjustment. The cashier was kind and helpful. The manager came up and tried to charge me for another chair. I told him I just needed an adjustment on the price. He said that if he didn't charge me first I could just run off and not pay for the chair. He basically called me a thief. Good start. Then he said it was company policy to charge me twice and then return one. His system couldn't do it. How quick the story changes. I asked for his name, district manager, and corporate number. He informed me that he didn't have those numbers and he only had a first name, Eric.

Yesterday I went to Staples on Mountain Ave. in Upland in search of a 5 pack of HP ink refill cartridges. Since I recently changed to a different brand of printer and had not bought ink refills for more than 6 months I had sticker shock when seeing today's price. Staples Customer Service person, Jacob, immediately went online to compare the price with others, and I ended up getting a discount of more than $10. I would say, Jacob stands out above most others in giving a good customer experience. I hope at some point, that Staples will recognize his efforts.

Charles was amazing very informative and helpful! Great customer service and great attitude. Now about staples..Theres a sell on laptops but you HAVE to buy a bundle starting at $240 which is not displayed anywhere and also making the price higher than originally before going on sell.

I had some invitations I order off Etsy, that I needed printed asap.I went into this Staples and was right away greeted by Alyssa. She was so patient and kind, helping chose the the right card stock paper that would be best for my invite. They were ready the next morning & they came out great.
