Terribly ran by the owners they over charge for things that the law says should be sold as the price it marked. To be selling old and dry tobacco goods but overcharging is insane. The pipe king or upland smoke shop hell even 711 is a better choice. Also have witnessed several instances of them doing shady deals with the homeless people who enter. I hear they’re buying their food stamps and giving them cash I asked a few of the homeless surrounding the area but definitely a very seedy store. The new owners are definitely money hungry scam artist

Store especially that it closes late to wish you were close later but that's good enough only because I work graveyard and I'm always running late and if you want to smoke shop that's open that I can stop and buy what I need there's a customer service loved one of the girls that was there but I guess she went and got married and moved Crystal I think her name very good people always very helpful she made that store hope you did great up there in the UK wish her luck I couldn't do it move out of state hell no I love Kelly too much anyways all in all great place to go for all your smoking needs an all the xtras they have

the worst smoke shop i've ever been to, i walked inside and all i saw was the machine games, this guy is doing an underground play house, this smoke shop shouldn't even be open, the city has to close this, he is using the smokeshop as a cover for his play house. the worst smokeshop, bad customer service. bad communication.
