On numerous occasions, I have attempted to purchase lottery tickets from one of your attendants the male Hispanic that works evenings only to be met with refusal. Each time I inquire about purchasing lottery tickets, the attendant informs me that selling lottery tickets goes against his religious beliefs. He often cites Bible verses and references Jesus, stating that money is the root of all evil and implying that participating in the lottery contradicts his faith.Despite my attempts to reason with him and request the sale of lottery tickets, he consistently comes up with various reasons why he cannot fulfill my request. This has been both frustrating and disappointing for me as a customer.While I respect everyone's right to hold religious beliefs, I believe it is important for employees to separate personal beliefs from professional duties. The refusal to sell lottery tickets based on religious grounds not only inconveniences customers but also creates a barrier to accessing services that are otherwise available.I kindly request that you address this matter promptly to ensure that all customers are treated fairly and provided with the services they expect from your establishment. Whether through additional training or reassignment of duties, I trust that you will find a solution that respects both the beliefs of your employees and the rights of your customers.

Giving them 3 stars because I actually like one of the employees who is always friendly, helpful and nice when I come in. Today I came in around 2pm to get gas and their pump wasn't working. It said it was pumping and I could hear it running, but nothing was coming out of the pump... Long story short I had to make multiple trips back into the store due to the pump not working and the manager who was working was not helpful what so ever. She seemed like she didn't care and that it was a burden for her to come out and take a look at what was going on with the pump. After I tried to pay twice for gas and I was on my lunch break, so I had limited time. It was the the worst experience I've ever had there since I've been going.As to the woman who works in the mornings, she is a peach! I will only continue coming here because it's on my way to work and also the nice employee I see most of the time. Not the one from this afternoon. I work customer service and that was definitely not the way to do it.

Convenient gas station near Historical Downtown Upland. Easy in-n-out access and usually not full. The food mart has good selection of snacks.

Everytime i go theyre closed, i work nights so 2am 3am and 4am its always closed. You might want to make sure employees arent keeping it locked at night so they can be lazy

I don't know how professional they expect their employees to be but what I witnessed was NOT EVEN SLIGHTLY PROFESSIONAL. I walked in to buy a water and I can hear a girl loudly yapping away in the back room. I get my water, head to the register and wait. She comes out TALKING TO HER FRIEND ON SPEAKER PHONE the entire time she's ringing me up and I'm paying. I can literally hear her whole conversation about how some guy was "being a b*&**" and YES THOSE WERE THE EMPLOYEES WORDS IN FRONT OF A CUSTOMER.

First I have to say the two girls working this location were so freindly. They were being extremely kind to what appeared to me as a woman down on her luck and one even paid for her water. Absolutely touching. Very proud to see this even at a time when everyone is stressed about their own current situations. Awesome job ladies.

I went in to use the restroom and as soon as i go I'm some knocked. "Its busy", I said and they left. Less than 5 minutes later someone bangs on the door telling me I need to hurry. Then again. And again. I finally come out and I see the cashier. "What's your problem" I said. She said there was a line and I turn around and see that there was only one person waiting in there. My sister purchased something so i can use the restroom. The lady was so rude. I go in to do my business and I cant do that in peace. I understand someone was waiting but they can wait there turn and i was only in there for like 5 min. On top of that the lady was just waiting patiently it was the employee that was rushing me. What the heck.
