Rude. If only their customer service was as nice and organized as their shelves. I walked in and was not welcomed, but they welcomed every customer after me. Huhhh? They asked every customer if they needed help except for me. Huhhh? As customers were leaving, they said, "bye have a nice day!" As I walked towards and out the door all they said was,"......" Huhhh? Are they paying them to walk around with their noses stuck in the air? It wasn't even busy, max 7 customers. I've been in super busy Sephoras and the employees were always welcoming and assisting. At this Sephora, employees either ignored me or glared. Girl please, I politely walked in for a lipgloss. Reading other reviews, I see that they tend to discriminate. Looking back at my experience, I was the only Asian in the store. I didn't want to think that that would be the reason I was the only one not being customer serviced to, but it seems to be true. Yikes. Someone tell these girls that it's 2024.

Went here with my daughter for her bday. I had never been and was impressed with the displays, they have clear information about all the different products and test units for most items. I'm oblivious to beauty products and was able to figure out what the different things were and the sales woman was also helpful. My daughter has their app and was able to put items in her cart to get a running total of the prices. Very well done ?

They usually have all the products i need and it's the closest one to my house so unfortunately I will need to come back here. With that said, the customer service was completely unacceptable. 5 associates walked past me and no one said anything. Not a hi, not a half smile, definitely not a can I help you with anything. Just know that if you come to this Sephora you're completely on your own. I usually shop with the app first and make sure they have the products.

This store is in a convenient location but unfortunately they are always out of stock on certain products. The employees are also not the greatest with product knowledge.

This establishment lacks proper customer service. The staff members are unprofessional and rude, and they are unwilling to assist customers. I strongly urge the management to hire individuals who are eager to fulfill their job responsibilities. I am a city resident and I actively avoid visiting this place due to their poor service.

I enjoyed visiting this Sephora because where it’s located and the low people traffic. The past two visits have been an absolute disappointment with the rude customer service. They don’t communicate correctly nor own up when they mess up and still make you feel like you’re the idiot. I will continue to visit when convenient for me, but I will not tolerate the rude customer service. If you don’t like your job, please don’t be there. Leilani was the most unprofessional and rude person I have experienced there yet when she didn’t make a sale out of me as I’m patiently looking for the best makeup for my difficult skin tone.

I had an appointment with Justine to get my makeup done, and she did an amazing job! This was my second time seeing her, and once again, she nailed it. She tested my skin tone to find the perfect shade, and it was spot on! I’ll definitely keep coming back for makeup, brow gel, and to have my makeup done for special occasions. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a great selection of products, from makeup to hair repair creams.

I want to say this location is the absolute best. The Manger Marlene. Literally took her time to help me pick out all my things I needed to do my own makeup at home. The customer service at This location is top notch. If you are looking for great customer service come to this location. Everyone here is so nice and polite.
