Closes at 4pm on Saturdays. What bright people decided this was a good hour to close on a weekend!? Total joke.

This place is very poorly run. I don't know who hired these managers but it's bad. Some programs are probably okay but some program managers are just bad like the youth basketball. Also, the membership fees are outrageous who would pay that instead of just la fitness or depending on what your fitness needs planet fitness or any other gym other than this one. The staff is generally rude and unorganized although some staff are nice generally the subordinates some program managers are rude and unresponsive. Whatever service you want try an alternative. Decent facility I guess but it's always being used by their programs and members are blocked.

I love the YMCA. Everything is perfect. There's a indoor basketball court, outdoor basketball court, soccer field, Olympic-size swimming pool, kid swimming pool, soccer field, foosball, pool, and a gym.

As a self-conscious person, it's nice to be able to workout and not feel awkward. My only issue is with the women's locker room. It looks and feels dirty and there are children in the locker room that are too old to be in there. Frankly, I think it's inappropriate to have children and adults in a locker room unless it is a family locker room. There are no changing rooms so there are naked women and some naked children and it's uncomfortable. I've noticed that the family locker room is open again but there are still families in the adult locker room. I'm concerned about the older children taking videos and pictures. This needs to be resolved ASAP.

The Y is the perfect community resource for our family. Our kids have become regular attendees of their seasonal day camps during summer and winter since we moved here a year and a half ago. They have also participated in the sleep-away camp (Camp Oakes). The staff is very caring, creative and fun! They have lots of kiddos to manage but our kids always come home with arts and crafts, fun stories and new friends to add on Roblox . They swim every day, so I recommend goggles since the chlorine exposure seems pretty intense. The hours work very well for working parents!Every single time I walk by the fitness area I tell myself I'm going use it or join the group classes, but I haven't yet.

Was able to get in a nice lap swim workout while visiting the area. The pool was a good temperature at 83F. I brought my own pull buoy and was able to borrow a kick board from what I assume was a bin of gear left by guests. I will gladly return if we travel to the area in the future.

Management at the gym is very poor! They need to train staff correctly and avoid daily interruptions while using the weight/fitness machines. The staff has every right to verify records on the computer system, but constantly interrupting me every time or every other time visiting about my child's age. Verify records upon daily arrival but do not catch me in the middle of work outs to ask lame age questions. Questions can lead to injuries and then law suits will follow.

Not recommended! Often closed without any notice. This is not a fair deal. You charge monthly but can close at will? Have to Make sure it's opened every time before you go! Very unprofessional!

I just started coming here and i wished I was warned- pre visit, so please be aware that if you plan to use the locker room (change clothes bathing suit or work out gear) you will be in full view of adolescent young boys. There are family locker rooms specifically for families, but the mothers seem to ignore them. The staff posted signs in front of the locker rooms advising opposite sex children over 6 years should use the family locker rooms, it's not followed. I wish I was warned when I changed out of my swimsuit only to turn around to see an eleven or twelvish boy watching me while his mother used the toilet. I was almost dressed but it did surprise me to see a boy that old in the locker room away from his mother wandering around. I know now, so I wear my suit before coming and resolve to drive home soaking wet. It's a thing here. I asked a mother who brought all 3 of her sons here why ( I was curious) because I would have been uncomfortable & she just said that there are toilets for privacy and I responded that I wasn't getting in her case, and she was not the inky one, I was just wondering if she thought at all how that would be weird if my daughter was I her sons class. I wouldn't like it.Oh well be advised you all. I may use the family locker rooms next time. The pool is awesome! Clean and it is a very nice place to work out, just don't get undressed I. The ladies locker room..

I have been going to the Y since other gyms were closed. I love the pool as it's outdoors yet has a permanent cover with retractable roof and sides that can be opened. I find it makes swimming backstroke a little easier to spot yourself in the water. I swim and aqua walk about 3-4 miles per week and attend aqua classes (Upland and Chino) and their P3 class (like combo Pilates and physical therapy).I didn't like waiting for a swim lane when I first started going there but the swim reservation system made it a lot better. The staff, lifeguards, and instructors are all friendly, polite, and knowledgeable and helpful.
