Well I just came in for my birthday reward! Was gonna use my $10 reward I got in my email for some $7 hoops. Was told I don't have a $10 reward? Just $5. So I paid the extra cash no problem. I didn't receive a receipt. I went in my car to put on my hoops and they fell apart while taking out of the package. I went back to exchange but wasn't about to because I used my birthday reward. Instead, I was going to get refunded the $2 I paid. I asked what would happen to my birthday reward and they said there's nothing they could do. I asked to speak to someone else and they proceeded to tell me unfortunately earrings aren't able to be exchanged/refunded (even though they were going to refund me $2 earlier) and there's nothing they can do on their end because I didn't have a receipt. I left with nothing other than -$2 haha. They told me to call customer support so that's what I'm doing. It's just $2 but it's my birthday so I'm upset. :) Writing this review because this store is unprofessional and I wasn't able to talk to a higher up or someone else, also for me losing money at this business plus my birthday reward is non existent. I've had purple hair and shopped at Sally's for years plus have a Sally's credit card. This store is the worse out of all of them. Here's a pic of my birthday $10 reward they said I didn't have and couldn't honor.

Liliana doesn't understand the products in the store, treats customers rudely and didn't properly ring up my items. I spent 340$ at Sally's for nail accessories to do nails, and she forgot to ring up the items I wanted and continued to sell me the accessories for the product. So I spent 340$ on products I didn't need and was missing the main peices in the end... she wasn't helpful at all and treated me rudely when I complained.

ZERO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT OR THEY JUST DO NOT CARE ... I came in for something simple a remover for extensions I saw washout color and my niece has been asking so I asked the girl 3 times not once twice three it for sure comes out " oh yeah it washes right out " okay because my niece has light hair and she's 7 well let me tell you my niece and I did our hair with it says it washes out but I know things don't always work so I took her advice saying are you sure if she wasn't then simply say I DONT KNOW !!!!!!! It doesn't wash out I'll be there today for them to refund me and provide me necessary things to remove it I'm so beyond mad that they Simple couldn't tell the truth and say I don't know I'm not sure I never used it

I've always had a good experience here. I'm glad their membership is now free. I've come here a few times now to pick up my hair supplies. The few times I have had questions, the employees have been helpful. The only thing that is sometimes frustrating is that they seem to run out of or are low on certain items regularly. This seems to be the case for multiple locations though. Wide variety of hair dyes, lashes, nail products. They carry OPI! They also have waxing supplies of you need that.

Was greeted promptly by the nice girl with purple hair. I told her what I'm looking for and she helped me right away. She was very knowledgeable and quick. I was in and out within minutes. Great employee!! Great experience!

Terrible customer service. Rude staff. I will no longer be coming to this location. Asked if they had any more product in stock which I saw in a box next to the aisle and she told me "no". Then I pointed them out and looked through the WHOLE box for 2 seconds and said they didn't have my color. Thanks Sally's really professional. Don't ask if I need help if you are not going to help me.

Extremely unprofessional, I arrived and due to COVID19 there is a limit to three customers at a time. Completely understandable , prior to this they were talking walk up orders, you tell them what you need they get it and charge you at the door. Because I only needed an apron I asked if I could do that, rather than waiting. She said no, because she has to assist the three customers shopping. Mind you there are two other employees up front. She told me I could call and tell them and they would bring it to me , I went to my car called & they hung up on me twice and then took the phone off the hook. The whole time I'm standing right outside watching them. Great customer service guys .
