Man you people, are so fortunate to have such a talented and caring groomer like Carolyn. I took my dog to her for eight years, and she always made my dog look spiffy each and every time. She did such an excellent job that I came to take it for granted. After retiring I moved to Ohio and I've been to 3 groomers in 6 months and none of them can hold a candle to Carolyn in both quality of work and compassion for my dog, not to mention my dog absolutely loved going to her shop, almost like a kid going to Disneyland. I sure do miss Ruff Cuts and doubt I'll ever find another groomer I can trust with my dog as much as I did Ruff Cuts.

I brought my bulldog here for the first time. Usually, my boyfriend takes him to the groomers because my bulldog tends to pull a lot. I was a bit nervous taking my dog on my own, but Carolyn was helpful and friendly. Made my first time taking my bulldog to a groomer a breeze. My bulldog came out looking great, and he didn't get a rash. I was worried because he has sensitive skin, and I forgot to take his own shampoo. I will definitely bring him back. I already recommended them to friends.

Just got our two Great Danes bathed today and Ruff Cuts did us right! Great prices, great service, and our Danes are softer and smell sweeter than ever! Our rescue can be such a handful, but they did so well with her even though she gave them a hard time. Can't say enough great things about them. They've earned my exclusive business for sure!

Took my dog to get completely shaved except the ears after picking up my dog noticed it wasn't completely shaved just short hair cut didn't want to make a big deal with my daughter next to me so I decided to call her and set a new appointment to have her shaved all the way and haven't got a response after leaving a few messages

Took our 11 year old Coton du Tulear boy Noah - matted and dirty dog to Ruff Cuts for the very first time. Brought home a fluffy white, beautiful and amazingly good looking little guy! This was our first time going to Ruff Cuts, and I was shocked at how much better he looked! We'd gone to a "corporate" groomer in La Verne for over 10 years and paid money money and got basically a shaved dog every time. Ruff Cuts was able to remove the mats, while retaining length of his hair! They are great! And their prices are very reasonable!

Absolutely best groomers around. My two MaltuPooh‘s have been coming here for about two years now and I won’t go anywhere else. I drive 40 minutes there and it’s definitely worth it. Caroline is amazing at what she does and is the only one that can handle my crazy maltipoo who thinks he’s a Rottweiler. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a trustworthy and consistently great pet groomer.

I cannot believe I have not left a review if you were thinking of going to rough Cuts please do one week I had to take my dog to a different groomer worst decision I ever made my dog ended up getting fleas and they never cut his nails unfortunately we moved to Las Vegas and now I have to look for a new dog groomers but I don't think anybody will ever be the same as rough cuts they take very good care of my Bam Bam I highly highly recommend them very affordable and they go above and beyond to make sure your dog is cleaned really good and looks his best
