Roy is the owner. I've been bringing my cars to him for almost 20 years. He is a great mechanic and a very honest man. His prices are very reasonable. A must mechanic for all families looking for a trustworthy mechanic.

We were driving down the freeway listening to the radio. No worries.Then we heard some noise from our vehicle so we got off the freeway at Upland. Didn't sound good so we did a Google search for a repair shop close to our location. Called Roy's Auto, best call we could have made that day. Great customer service. HONEST, PROFESSIONAL people doing fabulous work for a very reasonable price. Thanks Mike for your help that day. You were our Savior...we made it home safely because of your team.

Pretty good and accurate with quality, trust, and honest work, as the many reviews say. I spoke to them about the negative comments on here, that I was concerned because I was going for alignment, but it's true, those people probably aren't being honest with themselves. Trying to leave a stain on such a great, family, and locally owned auto shop. I got alignment on a Toyota venza done in 35 minutes on my 1 hour lunch break. 10/10

The mechanics here were so helpful, after having so many negative experiences in the past I was weary of mechanics, but these were very honest and charged fair reasonable price compared to other places in the area. I was very pleased and will continue coming here in the future, would definitely recommend.

Mike was really kind through the whole process from the call for an estimate to handing me my keys after doing my brakes. Great service and reasonable pricing. Def recommend you give them a call for your car needs.

My mechanic of decades closed up shop due to a number of issues (the pandemic being one of them). A friend of mine recommended Roy's.
So far, I'm very pleased. Mike is a quality service manager and shares his knowledge without hesitation.
I trust them for my maintenance needs for both of my new cars.
