I was browsing Zillow and noticed this company is advertising my house as being sold by them. I've had zero contact with them! Even the sale price is off by over $200k. This obviously not a reliable or honest company. I took screenshots! I definitely don't know a Jamie Hennessy.

Today I got a call from Al, asking if I was interested in selling my house. In my confusion, because I'm currently living in an apartment, and asking him who he was trying to get a hold of, he was very rude and eventually hung up on me. Remax, with people like this working for you and repping your name, you will never have my business.

This real estate agency cold called me, when I told them, I was not interested in his services at this time. The gentleman on the line became very rude with me. He said, "you're killing me, thanks for wasting my time! "Not only will I not use their services when I do need a real estate agent, I will make sure that they are neither the buying or selling agent on any property I look at!

The only reason I could justify 1 star is that they were nice. If you are a first-time home buyer I would not recommend using this agency or their realtor Saul. They made so many promises that now we know better than to believe. There was little communication and they would not explain anything even if we would repeatedly ask for clarification. We had a 60+ day escrow. 60+!! They had us change lenders halfway through and still wanted us to apply to another one for an FHA loan after the last lender stopped answering. I don't know how but they had the loan documents drawn up before all the contingencies were met and the clear to close was given. The seller also had to contact us a couple of times to say that their agent hadn't heard anything from ours. We lost 4k+ on this deal and we didn't even get the house. They said they felt bad and would cover the cancellation fee we were charged but that was another lie and now they're no longer answering us. Avoid this place at all costs. We truly trusted them to guide us through the process and we ended up worse than we started. Save your time and money and find a better place.

In regards to RE/MAX Champions and their realtor Anthony Grynchal. In fairness to us and in fairness to him what I forgot to add in regards to his review is that from the beginning before you sign off to sell your property with him he will promise you that he'll bring his crew over to help you heal promise hey I'll help you move I'm here for you call me anytime he likes to do voice calls because if you put anything in writing with him he can't deny it voice calls he can deny a lot was said very little was promised once we signed up to sell he disappeared all truth just know this is what is in store for you if you use Remax champions there management will not call you back if you have any concerns whatsoever the only saving grace is their legacy escrow company there's a lady there named Jackie she mitigates all of this to a degree we had to get her involved towards the end once we met her because Anthony completely worthless

Re/max Champions needs to do a better job on back round checks before they just hire any realtor to represent their company. Gina Rovere is the most dishonest realtor I have ever met. She sold my house in Temecula California back in 2019. She guaranteed that the commission would be a flat $5,000.00 in writing. ER Donahoe, her broker at the time, charged me $19,000.00 commission, and said I could take them to court. Gina claims to be a Christian woman!! Go figure.

Judith Lui was the worst property manager I have ever had to deal with. She delegated final walk throughs, that would determine the deposit return, to other tenants instead of showing up herself. In fact, she never showed up herself for anything. She never answered the phone or returned calls. Just extremely unprofessional overall. She even suggested I request my deposit back from the incoming tenant instead of from her.
