I called to inquire about their products and installation services because I wanted to remodel my fireplace. After asking some basic questions and trying to learn more about the process of purchasing the right product for our home, I received arrogant and condescending responses. The sale representative should have took his time to learn more about our needs and our product knowledge to assist us and make a sale. He clearly didn't want to make a sale! Red FLAG! If he is treating us poorly over the phone, I couldn't imagine doing business with them!

Don't go in there. The owner is dangerous and delusional. I asked to buy a set of concrete logs and he became outraged when I would not tell him the dimensions of my fireplace. He began pushing me out of the door. I am 73 years old and use a walker. I nearly fell and injured my hip. Please stay away from the maniac.

We were having an issue with our gas fireplace insert not firing up when called on. They sent Justo & Nate to inspect for repair. They quickly diagnosed the problem! It was just a bent safety switch contact that gets depressed when you slide the damper to fully open. (I didn't know it existed) The repair was completed in less than 5 minutes, at no additional cost over their minimum service/inspection fee. Needless to say we were 100% happy with their knowledge and the outcome. If need be, I wouldn't hesitate calling them back for repair. Thank you, Justo & Nate

I had a really hard time finding a business to install a Legacy-brand gas insert. Only a few places sell and install them, and I called the closer stores and had no luck. That is, until reaching out to Quality Fireplace. They were very responsive and helpful in preparing my fireplace. Someone even came out to verify my measurements. It took a long time to have the insert arrive and have it installed, but that's not QF's fault. Things just take longer to order these days. I checked in from time to time, and they were very reassuring throughout. The day finally came to have it installed, we ran into a slight issue with the sizing of the insert and the fireplace. No problem! The install team made it all work and beautifully so. A few days after the install I noticed the sides of the insert had slid and called QF to ask for their help. It is a minor and cosmetic thing, that I might have been able to adjust myself, but I didn't want to risk it! Scheduling was a bit of a challenge, but they were able to come and fix it without any additional charge in less then 20 minutes. Really awesome place and nice, friendly team all the way around. Thank you!!

The technicians were on time and were very experienced. They quickly diagnosed my fireplace problem and made the necessary fix. When finished with the repair they checked everything to make sure there were no latent problems and reinstalled the fireplace logs in such a way that the fireplace will burn cleaner. They answered all my questions about fireplace operations.

I appreciate the assistance that I received from Dan. I was inquiring about getting a fireplace serviced and Dan was pretty quick with getting back to my emails. In a week, he was able to let me know whether or not my fireplace could be serviced. Unfortunately, we had to take a different route with that fireplace due to unforeseen circumstances, but I was satisfied with the service, and communication, that Dan provided. We will be sure to keep this company in mind for any future fireplace issues.Thank you again.

What a joke! The guy that has the long hair, clearly doesn't want to bring money into this store. He is clueless on the product, quick to pass out a brochure and send you in your way! ABSOLUTELY USELESS! I will take my money to a place that wants to do business with me!

I called before driving out because I have an odd shaped fireplace. I gave the employee the dimensions I was looking for, told him either free standing or custom but needs to be screen not glass. Employee says he has something. I get there and they have 15 free standing screens all too big. When I asked about custom he said only glass doors. I love waisting an hour plus of my day driving around with two small kids to be misled by a lazy know nothing employee. Don’t waste your time.
