I got married in December and I had TOTALLY FORGOT to get my engagement ring cleaned before the wedding! I called a few places but they were a couple of days and I couldn't wait since I was about 3 days from my wedding! I called Prestige Jewelry and she said they could clean my rings same day! When I went in, Linai was so welcoming and sweet! She took a look at my rings and noticed I was missing a small stone on the side of my ring! I couldn't believe it! Linai told me she could have my rings cleaned and engagement ring fixed the next day!! I was so happy! I picked it up the next day and all is right with the world! I lost another stone AFTER the wedding and Linai fixed it AGAIN! She is my savior and I will forever be a loyal customer for all my jewelry needs! Thanks to Linai and Prestige Jewelry!

Very helpful when trying to find the perfect gift. The owner and her daughter are very lovely and go above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience when shopping with them and never any pressure to buy if you change your mind or want to look around . But of course I always go back them because they're the best !

Went to Li Nai's shop a few weeks ago with my, now, fiancée. She was insanely knowledgeable about every ring we looked at and she very quickly knew just what style we were trying to find. She was even throwing out terms I had no idea what they meant but my fiancée definitely did haha. She found us the perfect ring that met every check on the list we wanted and well within our budget. We had looked at other rings and places and had a little bit of a tough time landing on the right option but Li Nai made it easy and it was the perfect choice. We even got my ring there too

My fiancé and I had the best time at Prestige Jewelry. We had previously purchased two rings from Costco. Both Costco rings were beautiful, however, neither truly captured our (nor my) personality, vibe, nor taste. A family friend recommended we go to Li Nai's shop in Upland. From the moment we walked in the door, Li Nai was warm, patient, and knowledgeable. She encouraged us to try on every band we showed the slightest interest in. As we narrowed the rings down to our preferences, Li Nai masterfully broke down information regarding the gemstones, metals, 4C's, and other components of the rings. She also went into detail about how we could customize rings. Once my fiancé and I had narrowed it down to our two favorite rings, Li Nai seemed to sense that I was feeling overwhelmed. She was very supportive of us stepping away to grab a bite to eat prior to making a decision. She went so far as to recommend a great local restaurant. Li Nai's understanding created an amazing stress/pressure free environment. By the time we finished lunch I was 100% sure which engagement/wedding band was right for me. One last benefit, Li Nai and her daughter have been in business for more than 30 years which makes me extra happy. I look forward to my fiancé and I celebrating other momentous occasion. I know we have a exquisite fine jeweler, with great inventory and fantastic prices close at hand to help us collect pieces that will mark unforgettable moments. I couldn't be more satisfied with my customer experience nor the quality, cost, and experience that my fiancé and I shared at her shop!

Located inside the "Uptown Jewelry Mart" in the Moutain Square Shopping Center in Upland is Prestige Jewelry. As the business cards state, it's the 3rd booth on the left. There, you'll be greeted happily by Linai. She's the BEST!I came in to buy my 5th wedding ring. No, I haven't been married five times, I've just lost my previous 4 wedding rings (yes, I'm that careless). Anyway, I told Linai my story, and we shared a laugh. I let her know that I needed a ring which looked nice, stylish, but wasn't too much money (since I knew I'd inevitably lose it again). She brought out a series of rings, all of which fit my criteria. From there, it was about HOW MUCH I liked one ring over the other. In the end, I found a great ring for about $100. I'm totally happy with it, and more than happy with the customer service. She's also got a lot of fancier jewelry, too. So if you're in the market for something like that. She's got you covered!
