I always enjoy the service with the grooming salon until today when someone just hangs up on me I wasn't rude or disrespectful just answered there question and they hung up on me but it's ok I'll just go in person that way they won't ignore and I won't rude

I have been impressed with the staff and various new products, have more variety of Litter containers, Toys, at Chino PetSmart. Also great Dog instructor. The location was in center to the left of store. She was knowledgeable of specific questions dog owners asked. It was not hidden, and safe. Thank you.

PetSmart has always been one of the places I've always truly enjoyed shopping at. The staff is super knowledgeable, very kind and polite. Always willing to help you with your pet
