Some of the aisles are sparse, so get creative with the solid color supplies. Staff is polite, but check out is slow. Bring your patience.

Can here a while back to get some stuff for Halloween. It was alright, it smelled wierd though and there was this wierd feeling in the air.

Came here on 12/3/24 at 10:15 am to order 5 regular balloons and a number "1" balloon. The store had a few customers shopping and there was one person being checked out prior to me. I was was helped by a female who was not wearing a name tag. She rang up my balloons and told me to place the balloons and receipt on the counter next to the helium tank area. She said "there is 1 person before you" I placed the receipt and balloons on the counter & went outside to wait for my balloons in my car. I waited 20 mins in my car and came back in for my order at 10:39am. When I asked if my order was ready I was informed there was 2 people ahead of me and I still had another 20 min wait before my order will be ready. So a total of 40 min wait for 6 balloons ?! This would of been fine if I was informed of a 40 min wait when I was checked out of the register by the "no name tag woman"! When I told the employee with no name tag that she never told me there was a wait time and I wanted a refund she told me "Yes I did ! I said there was a 20 min wait ." I said ... "no you did not . You told the person behind me there was a wait of 15 mins but you never told me ." She responds with " Oh..." OH?!! Ohhhh?!! Come on girl, you chose to work at party city on a Sunday Morning. Learn how to talk to customers and have better customer service skills. This could of been avoided if you gave the proper wait time when I initially purchased the balloons. Instead you wanted to argue and give unnecessary attitude to a paying customer. Smh Rude rude rude. Got my refund and left.

The employees are always very friendly, there's never a long line and I'm in and out of there in less than 10 to 15 minutes.

My review is based off my online balloon order. I ordered balloons for my son's birthday, and they arrived perfectly. The balloons were properly covered in a plastic bag, every ballon was filled with enough helium (no skimping) and the employees even added different color string to each of the individual balloons, which made them look better than one color string. I appreciate the attention to detail and the care put into preparing my order. My delivery Dasher was awesome as well. I called and spoke to Jen and Yesenia, as I learned they were the two who put my order together this morning - BIG THANKS to them both! It's important to thank people who go the extra mile for their customers. Keep up the good work Party City in Upland!

This review applies to the Upland store! Horrible set up of Halloween costumes and some of the accessories! They were hung so high up, you'd have to be 7 feet tall to reach them! Yes, I know you can ask an employee to assist you in getting something, but what employee has all the time to just walk around with you and get everything down that you want to look at! I'm sure they have tasks that are given to them and expected to be completed by the end of their shift, as is with any other retail store. I like to look at everything and then decide what I like best! I've recently been to other Party City locations which had great set ups with everything within reach.

Went to this Party City this morning, absolutely ridiculous. I get "their kids", maybe early 20s, but ZERO customer service skills. They had 3 employees working,passed by all 3, not one offered to help me find what I was looking for,after watching me walk the whole damn store twice. Then when I do ask, they don't have it or I get the, You can look down this aisle or that aisle. Anyways, they suck!

I don't understand why they don't allow CUSTOMERS use the restrooms.! We're purchasing items that are not cheap the lease they can do is let us use something every store provides!!
