Why didn't I read the reviews before using this car wash? Damaged my side mirror and not completely clean, called this morning and employee was rude and denied it was their machine. Cost me $50 for a mediocre wash.

I wish I can rate this place no stars. We pulled up in our $300K car waiting for the car wash to open and the owner sent one of his employees out to tell us that if we don’t leave they’re going to call the cops on us… this place has absolutely no idea how to treat their customers with respect and get the feeling that they are prejudiced.

WORST CAR WASH IN THE UNITED STATES!!!-Left the windshield completely covered in water-Left soap suds all throughout front grill-Had no vacuums working-Had no one to contact when I asked for a refund!!!DO NOT GO HERE! There are plenty of other washes in the immediate area.I repeat, WORST CAR WASH IN THE UNITED STATES

Worst experience I have ever had. Paid $14 for gold wash, and the wash ended in 25 seconds and when you get down and look at the car, it’s not dried and the spots are still there.Never going back

I have a 2021 Hybrid Prius. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS CAR WASH IF YOU HAVE ONE OF THESE CARS. The car overrides neutral and I have twice gone through the car wash at 4 miles per hour. All the automatic systems kick in and you cannot steer. Check on the internet - lots of examples of this happening with TOYOTA Prius'. Not happy about the attendants screaming at me, but the car does what it does, regardless of what you try to do. I read that some Carwashes put up signs that warn Prius hybrid owners not to use their car washes.

Carwash ID tag failed to scan numerous times so I waited nearly an hour for resolution, while the owner put me off because he was tied up w/ a vendor & his wife was clueless. Finally, I asked for a refund because the failed scanner issue wasn’t resolved. The owner would not issue a refund. I was left w/ a useless ID sticker and they kept my payment. Other than this, the pay as you go carwash is satisfactory. Just don’t ever prepay monthly. That’s the mistake I made.

Black bars all over car was there on Monday recently been noticing weird activity from owner/ management. I request something to be done as I did immediately after wash brought it up to the attention of 2 attendants operating this day they did nothing I went back next day no one said anything or acknowledged all these black greased stained marks all over entire car . If no one offers me assistance by 11/23/21 and without attempting to refuse service out of retaliation, I will have business owners management investigated too much foul play can't even get a peaceful car wash nowadays please respond to comment

I have been coming to this location for years and have always dealt with the owner. He is nice and professional. However, I cannot say it’s the same for his staff. They are incredibly rude and unprofessional.
It is sad that I have to write a poor review, but, it is what it is. This business lost me as a patron. If the owner reads this, I strongly recommend that you have a serious talk with your staff. But, it’s your business your money.

Went in to use a car wash that had not expired and found it did not work. Asked the attendant inside who said it should still be valid who asked the owner lady who came outside her office atop the stairs and waved her finger at me and yelled "EXPIRED!" without even looking at the receipt in my hand. Very unprofessional and not very honorable. The outside attendant said "She always does this. No wonder there's no business." With that kind of service and awful attitude, I'll make sure to never go here again and I'll definitely make sure to tell anyone I know to ban this place until she sells it.

First time and not too bad the 12$ wash gives you a free car wash within one week basically buy one get one. Did a pretty good job.

Went in to use a VALID car wash only to have it say expired before the due date. Asked attendants who agreed and tried to help only to have the owner yell from her office upstairs “EXPIRED!” and turn around and slam her door.
Very unprofessional and disrespectful.
Also, the car wash won’t actually dry your car as is advertised & the water they use smells like a sewer if you have your vents open.
I feel bad for the employees who try but can’t escape horrible management. Guaranteed they’re getting minimum wage. One remarked to me: “She always does this, no wonder we don’t have business.”
I’ll return once this place has sold to a competent owner who stands behind their promises.

Omg! I paid seven dollars for the basic car wash which was fine. When I got to the vacuums, they didn't work. I went and contacted a female who is running the car wash section and she said she would go turn them on. She never came back and they didn't come on. I went inside and talk to the cashier who came out checked three different hoses which didn't work. The fourth hose she checked had the barest minimum of air. Not enough to pick up a hair.I asked for a refund of my seven dollar car wash fee. She said she need to talk to the manager. Five minutes later the manager comes out. He tells her what she needs to do to get the vacuum is running. About five minutes after that, the vacuums are finally running. I have now spent more than 20 minutes waiting to vacuum my car. No apology no I'm sorry no nothing. I will never come here again. No customer service.
