I have purchased three vehicles, some 20+ years apart from Pacific Auto Sales (Richard). Just recently took delivery on this 2025 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy Knight.
The overall experience was without stress or headache. I was able to avoid all dealer BS markup and games. The deal was straightforward, upfront and awesome. The best part is that for 20 years I have found that Richard is honest, trustworthy and genuine.
I would highly recommend Richard and his team for your next stress free vehicle purchase.

Sold as a truck. Motor had issues. 30 days later took it to the Chevy dealer. They said this truck has a salvage title. We cannot warranty it. You need a new motor called Pacific six times five out of six. They told us it's not their problem. Engine was fine when we signed papers. Called on the 6th time guy named Jose said. Oh, we'll take care of it. Bring it back in. Went back in instead of just swapping out the truck. They canceled the loan. Give us a new loan. The new amount tried screwing us we ended up giving the truck back waiting for a check in the mail. This is my second truck buying from them. I will not go back ever again nor will I send any of my family members.

I've worked with Richard in the past and just used him again this weekend to find me a great new Toyota RAV4 which he got at zero markup (during this shortage that's a great deal). Very happy from start to finish. Even the contract signing went fast and smooth unlike at a dealer where you waste hours of time. Highly recommend using Richard. Make him do the hard work of finding the right car at the right price while you enjoy the fruits of his labor! Lol. Thank you Richard!

AMAZING!! For context, I had been trying to get a Toyota RAV4 in Lunar rock. I was very particular about the color and features I wanted. I had initially gone to a Toyota dealership who said they would put in an order. I waited 4 months for them to tell me that they had no idea when they were going to get it. I ended up finding one at a different Toyota dealership who actually had this car that's EXTREMELY hard to find right now. I went in and almost purchased it for 10k over MSRP, which is pretty ridiculous, but I was feeling pressured that I wouldn't find another one. While I was waiting for that car to arrive, a family member referred me to Rich and as soon as I called he was on the hunt for this car. He guaranteed me that he could get it at a waaay better price so I decided to cancel on Toyota. A couple weeks later, Rich let me know that he found the car that had all the specs I wanted and most importantly in the color I wanted AND a hell of a better price. He saved me so much money and was able to find the car quicker than the actual dealerships. The buying process was quick. I was out of there in an hour with the keys in my hand. I wish I'd gone to him I'm the first place! 10/10 recommend coming here. Rich is amazing and he does not disappoint!

Best car buying experience hands down!!! Rich did all of the searching for me and was able to find a Tacoma at a fair price without thousands of dollars of markup that the dealers are adding. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and answered any questions I had. Skip the hassle of going to a dealer and dealing with the pushy salesmen and go to Pacific Auto Sales!! I cannot recommend them enough!

FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! After driving an hour round trip, to test drive an Acura which was posted on the Carfax website for $10,999, we were told that we would have to pay $2,000 on top of the asking price for a preinstalled tracking device. The kicker is - we were told that such devices are installed in the majority of their vehicles. They were dishonest with us, and they had no regard for our time. I complained to Evelyn, who appologized, and offered to speak to her manager. NO THANKS - I don't give my hard earned money to liars and cheats.

I was hoping to give more stars. This is by far one of the easiest transactions I have ever encountered. Most dealership have that way of getting you to the desk right away to start the process of buying your car, this is NOT one of those places. Richard and his wife Trish were just amazing , my wife and I were very relaxed and never and I mean never pressured into anything. Class act operation from the start to finish.This is the place to go, I highly recommend this place.Thank you again Richard and Trish for all your help.
