Stefan installed a new battery for me. He was kind, courteous, helpful, and down to earth. It began to rain on him as he worked and he stayed pleasant and optimistic the whole way through. I didn't feel condescended to, as a woman at an autoshop, and it was refreshing!! I am thankful for his help.
