My first time at this Office Depot. I was greeted very friendly by a smiling young lady with a name badge Justice upon walking into the store. I looked around and they had about 6 customers in the store with my view. Looks like any standard office supplies stores. I had to make an enlargement photo through their website and this was the closest location to pick up. They offered 20% on this service too. Their estimated was 24 hours but surprisingly they got it done within four hours and I got a text that the job was completed. My purpose is to pick up the photos but I brows around and found this great sale deal of a 27 gallon, heavy duty and stackable bin for $13.49. I brought 4 even I didn't need it but I know I will later. I went to check out and pay and was greeted by Justice again. She was very friendly, and the purchase transaction was quick. I commented that she has a great name. I saw many 1 star reviews for this place. I think people tend to give a bad review more to a business when they are upset. My review is an honest an assessment that equates to the Yin&Yang force which makes the world turns.

Ink is expensive but they always have what I need in stock. Usually on sale or a bundle for a deal.

There were two employees working at the time and only one of them had knowledge about label printing. The employee did not give clear instructions on how to do so and when we asked them to repeat the instructions, they seemed too busy to help us. I understand that there were other people that needed assistance, but it's no excuse for them to be rude with their responses and walk away. Please do better!

I went to Office Depot to make copies at self-service. The machine was broken and 60 of my 2-sided copies were damaged. I did not notice right away. I brought it up to the associate, who told me there was a problem with the machine and moved me to another one. No refund. No apology. I paid over $60 for all my copies without compensation. Then he left the machine open for new unsuspecting customers to also receive damaged copies which they will have to pay full price for. Terrible customer service. I will no longer use their copy service.

Don't go here expecting laminations or bindings... My son and I are high school sports officials, and we always went to Staples to get our copy and print services done. We wanted to give Office Depot a chance since they are closer and more convenient for us. BIG MISTAKE. When we arrived to the copy services area, informed the associate that we needed our football officials rules books laminated and then spiraled, which is a pretty standard practice at all of the office supply copy services stores but immediately the associate said they couldn't do it they couldn't laminate, and they couldn't spiral, but we were told wait a minute maybe my manager can but I'm not sure let me go see. That immediately made my son, and I feel uneasy going to leave our official football rules book there so we decided to leave, drove all the way across town and left them at Staples without even a hiccup they knew right away what we needed and they'll be ready tomorrow. Worth the drive to go to those places that are willing to help the customer.
