They Broke My Wheel Sensors and Didn't tell me about it. Sent me on my way and had the dash lights flashing 10 minutes later. I only took the truck in to install new tires and I waited a total of FOUR and a HALF hours. They installed some aftermarket wheel sensors when they broke my OEM sensors. The Sensors still don't read correctly. Never had such a poor experience at a tire shop.

This place doesn’t deserve their customers. Went in for a nail in my tire, wasn’t even leaking air and needed a quick fix. Man at the front desk said it’d take a couple hours and would cost $45. What a rip off. Asked why it was so expensive and why it’d take so long and they said they had “lots of work” to do. Four mechanics were seated & just talking behind the counter and all the pits were filled with cars. No wonder why there’s so much work to do, because it doesn’t look like any is getting done. Seems like they just turn away customers to continue socializing. And seems like a common trend by reading the other reviews. I recommend American Tire Depot in Upland by the Arby’s. Fixed my tire in 10min for FREE. Don’t bother going here.

Tires are competitive as far as price. No way will I go there for any type of service, though. I have a 7 year old car and they wanted $593 to do a front brake job. Are you kidding??Went somewhere else and had them done for $208 and they work perfectly. Get another opinion before you have them work on your car!

I came in the day before to ask a question then made an appointment for 7:30 the next day for my oil change. I checked in and Chris was very friendly. My car was worked on immediately, and finished in a timely manner (under an hour). The waiting area is nice, and the parking lot is very easy in and out. It was a great experience and that says a lot for a chore like getting oil change, especially for a woman!

I had some basic maintenance work on RAV4. I made an appointment online, which was confirmed via email. Even though they were short staffed due to Easter weekend, my car was ready to go in less than 2 hours. The office manager was very courteous and helpful. I definitely rate 5 stars

This is our go-to place because it’s convenience to my mother in laws house but we’ve mostly always had issues with this place. Last 2 times they told us 1-1.5 hours for oil change when it ended up taking 4+. They missed a lot of things that we asked them to do (top things off during oil change) and more. This place needs to be giving customers the correct time for things and have it done the time they tell you or at least call the customers to say you need more time. That is un acceptable

I was towing a trailer on memorial Day, and had a blowout. I limped the trailer short distance to mountain view tire. Upon arrival, before I could even find an associate, an associate was already out assessing my problem. In short order, we completed my paperwork, I had the tire off and a new one mounted and balanced, received my payment, and I was on my way.

There’s a lot of nails and screws in front of their storefront from sharing a parking lot with Home Depot and they never sweep or clean up. You’ll get punctured tires coming here. They don’t care. Go somewhere else. Save yourself the money. You’ll go for an air refill on your tire and somehow end up spending $350 plus to replace a tire from their lack of care. Happened to me and all I got was “it’s not my problem” and “you can’t prove it came from us”
