I paid for the executive option with full interior waxing etc.... They didn't do a good job. I even asked a few of the workers including the manager to get rid of some of the bugs stuck on the outside, but they kept insisting that it's just scratches.. even after I rubbed some off with my funeral to show that it was dirt that they missed. Also the inside was vacuumed very poorly and there is still sand under the carpets from when I went to the beach recently.... if you want good value for your money, avoid this place! NOT RECOMMENDED!!

My husband is a regular customer. He has been bugging me to try this spot for years! What a great experience! The employees are absolutely amazing and friendly! I got an oil change and car free wash! This is so convenient, and they do an awesome job!

They have my car sparklingly clean !! These guys have wash options, __all hands free __ they got fluids check n top off options n AND I personally did a little shopping inside they store/viewing area,, finally gonna sum tinting done too!????

I used to love and even recommend this place for friends to come and wash their cars here but after my latest visits I would say I’m not returning. I always get the same wash and lately I’ve notice they don’t really clean the carpets all that good anymore, they leave a lot of water stains on the hood and doors, and this last time I went I asked for them to put black ice refresher since it’s my favorite scent and all I can smell in my car is oil, idk if they used a dirty and smelly rag to detail the interior of my car but for the up on the prices and considering how slow it was when I took my car I would say it was a job done very poorly. Not returning

I am extremely dissatisfied with this car wash. They have now damaged my car twice. The first time, they failed to clean my car properly, leaving spots on my windows that I couldn’t remove myself. I had to hire a professional to detail my car and remove what turned out to be an improper wax sprayed on the windows.
On my most recent visit, they scratched the side of my bumper and the inside of my door, and once again failed to clean the interior properly. All they did was clean the windows and spray air freshener. They left dirt in the cupholders, trash under the radio, and didn’t wipe down or vacuum the seats.
I will never return to this car wash and I strongly advise others to avoid it. Despite spending $40 and leaving tips, the service was consistently poor. No matter what service you pay for, they always do a half hearted job. Save your money and go somewhere that takes pride in their work.

I brought the buy 4 get 1 free package when I was first time here. I’ve been there twice, both times they did great jobs on my compact SUV.
Why 2 stars was that you had to be careful when you used the prepaid tickets. My compact SUV was marked as oversized when I used the prepaid ticket and management charged me $1 for that, so I had to pay the $1 with the cash I prepared for the person who actually worked on my car.

They were really nice to you, but boy, let me tell you something. These fools need to go to car wash training because they did a awful, terrible job!!! My list of faults are to long to list. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR CAR BEFORE LEAVING, TRUST ME.

Worst car wash ever! Had my truck washed there this morning. The job was so bad I had to have it rewashed some were else afterwards! When I called to complain they offered me a free wash, why would I come back for such poor service? Save your money and go somewhere else trust me.

Been waiting 30 minutes for car to be driven in wash area. At first glance it doesn't look busy, don’t be fooled. Not enough workers I guess.Last time I said wouldn’t come back, moving forward I will never get my car washed here!

I used to go there for my car wash, at beginning they are doing pretty good jobs, but suddenly they are getting worse. Every time I left the place I always seeing some missing spots and water stains on the hood doors and trunk.
