I had a great experience with this office. Christina handled my case and did an outstanding job. From the first consultation I had confidence in her. The case took over a year and I let her do her job and was quick about providing information and documents when she or the office requested them. My case was a success, and I really appreciated the professionalism the entire officed conducts themselves with. Thanks to all who helped in my case at that office.

Unethical practices, untruthful and misleading. Misrepresentation and did not provide all the evidence. Fernando is using his daughter Christina to conduct sensitive trials which she is not experienced at. Disgusting behavior. Run away

Let me start off by saying THANK YOU!! I have had two incidents in the past that brought me to this office . I dealt with allot of stress in my life and Christina has helped me so so much ! From the first time in the office I was greeted and felt very comfortable, when I was going through it all , I would call the office and they answered all my questions and concerns , giving me peace of mind ! Betsy is also very helpful every time I came in the office, I definitely recommend , they knew exactly what to do for my case !

I didn't want to give Mr. Bernheim a star, but i had to select at least one. My Husband and myself hired Mr. Bernheim for my husband's custody case. It was the worst decision we have made!! I provided everything to his office to use for the case, but the most important proof we provided to Bernheim's office that would of helped the case, was not even used at court nor the Declaration. We had to pay extra money to get a sooner date due to Mr Bernheim was going to be out of town on vacation. My husband was never prepared for his case like he was told. The only time Mr. Bernheim spoke to my husband was on the actual Court date.. Plus he was ALWAYS about an hour to two hours late with no update status on his arrival. I would have to be calling his office to get information and his own staff did not know his whereabouts. At court Mr. Bernheim wouldl be really rude to my husband for not answering correctly or for not babysitting his briefcase while going to the restroom. Again this could of been prevented if Mr. Bernheim would of made some time to sit down with my husband and review his case before going to court. We would of better off going with an Advocate. I wanted to make this review so that no one that is going through a custody battle to get taken advantage by this Attorney!! I just cant believe we have spent all of our savings for a bad reputation!! Almost forgot.. The Judge wanted a follow-up on the case and Mr. Bernheim was asking us $2500 more of we wanted him to represent us again!!!

I would highly recommend using the law offices of Fernando J. Bernheim. My brother needed an attorney to handle his divorce after being overbilled by his first attorney. Christina Bernheim was the attorney that handled his divorce. Christina was extremely compassionate and hard working. She was always prepared and displayed a professional demeanor in court. Because of her dedication, hard work, and professionalism, my brother had a very positive outcome in his divorce. I don't normally write reviews, but this is an attorney I would highly recommend to anyone. She will fight for you.
