Kohls is Amazing I love this store, their clearance prices are AMAZING with the coupon added and cash back you 4sure walk out with a big smile!!! (They now have self checkouts). 50% off additional Clearance price.

Try to stay away from this Kohl's. They have merged the check out and returns together. So it's just one long massive line. I will not do the self checkout, I'mnot their employee, which is my choice.

I feel like we were definitely profiled today it was the super uncomfortable experience at self checkout. The lady with long blonde hair and a mask kept asking me and my family a bunch of questions about check out even though we didn't need any help. I pointed out that another customer that was checking out after us, and he didn't get harassed like we did and she said it's because she got busy with something else. I told her I didn't need that much help either I don't know why she stayed after I told her I we didn't need any assistance. Super disrespectful and uncomfortable shopping experience. I called the manager and let her know what happened as well.

Some times the experience here is great others it's not so much... it really depends on the associate you get. It's a bummer if that's the only location with the item I need, personally I avoid shopping this location if possible.

Always download Kohl's app before shopping, the coupons can be stacked for the best discounts. Their SO brand is comparable to many of name brands.

The employees were told they had to make customers use the self checkout but I was buying a gift card and only AFTER trying to use the self checkout did they tell me to remail waiting in the regular line. Only 1 cashier was open and the other 1 lady was monitoring the self checkout. This is ridiculous. I waited nearly 17min to buy a gift card, if I see 1 person at the checkout next time, I'm going to target!

when I asked for directions in the store from associates, two out of three walked me to the area and pointed out exactly where the item was which was great.
