Not only did they respond, but did so in an extremely quick time frame, even on weekends and after business hours- but also worked to resolve the issue I was having. I was able to get the new parts I needed, even though the faucet wasn't ordered through them. I had a very good experience with them!”

“Had a 30 year obsolete old hot water sink fixture that had been getting worse and worse and had contacted/went to 3 other locations and was told, “no luck”. Dropped in to Fixture Shop and one of the employees (wish I would have caught his name - nice, on-the-ball guy) found parts and completely built me a new exact replica in 10 minutes. Even gave it a complete water test before I left. Works like a charm. I’ve bought shower and bath fixtures before and always treated well.”

“We are a high end tile and natural stone contractor. I ordered 2 Wedi square center drains from Designer drains. This was for the metal drop in grate along with the matching metal frame for the drop in grate. I asked to have one finished in Brushed Gold and Polished Chrome for the other. Both arrived well packaged, very well finished and exceeded both both our's and our client's expectations. A great resource for offering my clients something unique and different from the standard Wedi drain options. Will order from again!”

“My wife and I are working with a kitchen & bathroom designer on a San Diego project that just happens to be 500-miles from where we are living in NorCal. Logistical challenge for sure. When it came time to select porcelain slabs Adriana and my wife chatted on the phone and quickly had a meeting of the design minds. Selection came by using Facetime with Adriana walking through the wherehouse showing us inventory until we came up with the slabs for our needs. Nowadays we all are relying on technology but without personal service it's a bit hollow. People like Adriana make it ring true and fit together. For us she made a world of difference!”

“My hot side bathroom sink valve was leaking. I went to all the big box hardware stores. They asked me what brand my faucet was. We bought the home 23 years ago!!!! Nobody could help. I finally remembered PWO from a prior interaction. The lady took one look at it, and immediately identified it as a valve stem from a Company that went out of business decades ago. Through cross referencing and knowing that other Companies have taken over making parts that used to be made by now defunct Companies, PWO was miraculously able to supply me with that almost impossible valve stem to find. Getting that part saved me a fortune in what I thought was going to happen.......buying all new faucet hardware and having to hire a plumber to fix my dilemma. PWO is THE go-to for your plumbing needs.”

Pricing is very fair and the quality of their products is top notch. Far superior product to the roll up shower door that came with my camper.
