“I rarely write reviews of products, but the 72" Audrey Graphite Vanity with Carrera top is a 5 star product.

The vanity actually exceeded our expectations.

1. The online description, detailed installation instructions, measuring info, and product photos were accurate.

2. The verbage said solid wood and based on weight and construction we feel this is true. The paint job is so good, we can't find a flaw or opening to confirm what is actually underneath!

3. The workmanship is stellar. The doors and drawers are so well aligned that the gap between them and their facings is equidistant everywhere. A quality piece of furniture that looks stunning. Additionally, we like the levelers on the feet as our floor is not perfectly level. Plus since a bathroom can potentially get water on the floor from a shower, we like the idea that the wooden feet have additional protection via the metal levelers.

4. The transporting was efficient and the packing of the item was well done. Our vanity came cross country from CA to TN and arrived without a scratch. The packing crate was made of better plywood than we have seen in some cabinet offerings!

5. The vanity shipping weight is 400+ pounds, so be prepared to have assistance in receiving and moving your product. The vanity top, backsplash and cabinet base come in separate pieces, so this makes relocation easier as you can break the crate open and separately move the heavy individual pieces.

We were hesitant to order an item that could not be physically viewed in a store, but the online info indicated that this vanity met the criteria we had. It did, and we were so pleased after unboxing and inspecting the vanity that we immediately ordered the matching mirrors. They also arrived damage free and are of the same quality workmanship”

“I was helping my real estate friend to find some flooring for a home he was about to flip. I Yelped some places around the house he was working one, which was in Pomona, and this company showed up. We both went in to check it out. It had the flooring he was looking for at a really great price. The young lady helped us out and was able to explain and show all the different floorings they have. “I am SHOCKED! I tell you flabbergasted that I had never reviewed this place before! This is my 2nd home away from home for all things culinary. I love everything about this small shop. They are consistently changing the products seasonally and this is a place you can come into and wander about to find that special gift for someone. I come here often for Nordicware or for Beekman body products. The gift wrapping here is so special (psst it's one of the reasons why I keep coming) their buyer takes the time to purchase little unique items that would go wonderfully in someone's kitchen. Once a year they have a sidewalk sale and you can find cool things discounted so please do check their Instagram page often for those dates. Respectfully Reviewed.”

“Found this place when I was searching for certain brand lock set for my front doors, I have been going there for my bathroom remodels. They carry higher end, great quality product you don't typically find at Home Depot. I deal with Dominique, he is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, unlike the girl there, he follows up and calls you back which is a pet peeve with me. We only had some issues with no follow up or call back from the girl there, the rest of the guys are very helpful but my "go to" is Dominique. Also, there selection and options are excellent.”

He takes the time to plan the project out with you to ensure that he is meeting your expectations and is great about communicating throughout the duration of the project. Our home is an older home which came with its own share of issues. When situations cames up, Ed was great at conveying what he is seeing and alternatives we could proceed with. Our goal was to have a cleanly styled but low maintenance home and he worked with us to ensure we met that goal. “I purchased a Water Creation Vanity and a satin gold faucet. I chipped the paint on the mirror and asked to purchase touch up paint. The service team sent me the paint at no charge. I had an issue with the cold brass body of the faucet. I contacted Water Creation and shared the problem. The immediately sent me a new cold water body with an appology from the Service Team for my problems. I have been plumbing for more than 50 years and this has to be one of the best experiences I have had when dealing with a manufacturer. I love the vanity and the faucet is a top quality solid brass that looks great in my bathroom. My hat is off to Water Creation Inc. and the Service Team. “I was referred by a friend to Genuine Materials who just finished remodeled her dream house. I took some samples home, use the samples as a palette; put ketchup, soy sauce, wine, even vinegar on them and left over night. They pass all the test without stains and are very easy to clean. “Great place, store attendants were helpful and moreknowledgeable than typical people working at big box stores. My 15 year old water heater had took a crap, and it was time to get a new one. I planned to replace it quickly, but I wasn't happy with the on-hand brand selection at the big box stores. I did a quick google search, and found this place less than a mile from mg house. I called their hotline on my way to work at about 7:30 am, and I was able to put an order in for pick up that same day. I received a text message about and hour later indicating the order was ready. I picked it up at about 4 pm on my way home from work. The man that helped me answered some basic questions about installation, as I had never installed one before, and he loaded it onto my truck for me. I had hot water three hours later.”

I actually give them less than 1 star. these cabinets are crappy. mine are less than a year old and there are dings and dents all over. the doors will not line up no matter how many times i adjust it. I am not a rough person and take great care of my belongings. don't waste your money. you will regret it. Nadeem's responded to my review but of course she blamed everything on my contractor instead of taking responsibility. To add to my review, I have to agree with Sue S. on the rudeness of the staff. Costumer service is very important and this company has none.”
