Use common sense! Keep the music noise level down! The upland city council needs to look into this business.
Every weekend is a nightmare. People can't rest & sleep at night because of your reckless loud music. Residents in the area are suffering due to loud bass unpleasant music until 1:30AM every weekend. The bass sound travels miles away to the North and South of the residential area. That's how LOUD it is!!!
There are people who want to get some good sleep and rest after a long week from work!
The Upland city officials and Upland Police need to look into this matter seriously. Investigate the violation of noise ordinance at this business.

The ambiance is very nice. The food was good but quantities were smaller than expected in comparison with the prices.

They have to work on these issues:
1- THE OWNER is rude and unpleasant, he doesn’t even say hi or have smiles to the guests who spend lots of money on his average restaurant for one meal.
2- SERVICE is absolutely terrible. Most of waitresses don’t speak english at all and they are not good in Arabic either. Some items in the order are always missing and you have to wait minimum another 30 minutes for them to come and check on you so you can inform them about mistakes in order. They are give you very small dish to have dinner on and nothing will be fitted in that dish.
3- MUSIC is average, I’ve never seen anyone famous singing there even though the music charge you pay it’s always for the live SUPER STAR from Lebanon????
4- THESE people don’t have any idea about how to deal with the customer, when you reserve and you have to cancel, they don’t cancel the reservation. They are keep calling you and texting you every hour for days until you show up which is very annoying and unprofessional.
5- THE PATIO is dark and warm, everyone smokes Hookah in the closed windows and doors which is horrible.
6- THE PATIO chairs are very uncomfortable for seats and eat.
7- FOOD is OKAY compared to other mediterranean restaurants out there.
The restaurant itself has a nice design that’s an only complement I can make.

I'm still dreaming about my meal at Kahramana! Each bite was a delight, and the presentation just blew us away. The food here is absolutely delicious! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Was a great experience! The server, Zaman, was wonderful and the atmosphere was upbeat, cheery and welcoming. The food was delicious and the portions were more than enough. Everybody in our party of 6 had a to-go-box and was very satisfied

Service is so bad
Had to wait 30 min for water after asking multiple times
A waiter even got mad when I asked again for water
The bill showed a $50 dollars fee for 2 teas
We paid $65 per persons and tea is supposed to be included
When I asked the owner Abou Omar , he said
“The tea is including when you serve from the buffet , however you ordered tea at the table , that’s why we charged for the tea “
Fool me once shame on you , fool me twice shame on me
I Will NEVER go to that restaurant again
Palace restaurant , in the same area , has better food , service and vibe

We were in the mood for mediterranean food and stumbled across this beautiful place. This was going to be lunch for us. As we arrived the parking lot was almost empty, at first we thought it was closed. So we stepped out and thank goodness the doors were open. Immediately we were greeted with a warm smile. I asked why it looked slow we later found out they're busier for dinner service. They have entertainment at night. I will have to come in next time. We started off with a hummus with chicken shawarma. Everything is cooked and fresh to order. To drink we had the mint lemonade it was refreshing on this hot day. Presentation was beautiful. Zemen our server was very helpful in helping us select our courses. We really valued her help. She informed us of the Iraqi cuisine and flavors different from Persian and Turkey. Portions were big. Chicken kabob is all white meat. Accompaniments of pickled beets red and gold with pickles were delicious. The rice was on point as well. Next time we will order the Kings Grill. Everything smelled and tasted so delicious. Thank you Zemen

The food here is incomparable and it’s such a beautiful space. I had a wonderful time and I’m going to definitely make the trek again with my friends and family. Special shout out to Zemen, our server, who offered delicious things for us to try (and it was all incredible) and for her excellent service. The owner, Aladdin, also dropped by to chat with us as well! Highly recommend!!

It was ... disappointing. When we walked in, the place was stifling. The air conditioner was making a noise like a blast furnace but didn't really have any effect until about we were ready to leave. There was no way to get a menu except by scanning a QR code. I had left my phone home. There HAS to be some backup plan. Not everyone -well almost everyone does, but not everyone - has a smart phone. We asked for water with our meal. It came at room temperature - and the room was at least 80 degrees. The hummus was bland. The chicken tikka and the beef kabobs were OK. Not great, just OK. Do not plan to go back.

Best charcoal chicken I’ve tasted in the USA and Masqouf ( wood grilled fish Iraqi style).
Hummus, Fattoush salad and Borek were great.
fried Kubba was not as expected.
Nice outdoor sitting if weather is nice.
Great for families.

Beautiful place to be. We really had a good time. Meat quality was good, and kabobs were juicy. We sat in the hookah lounge. Prices were high, only hookah prices were reasonable, during weekdays, it was $19.99.

Prices very valuable compared to the Palace and Dandanah resturants prices too high . also all others thing is much better in Kahramana.
Kahramana management frindly and very good services .
Very good and nice food.

Worst restaurant I been to over priced and small portions we spoke to them about a deal thy had going on but it was a scam n thy gave us 3 different stores about it and thy weren’t clear about anything on the pricing and charged us extra fees that no one told us about which was not on there website or menu only go here if u wanna get scammed and we only got 1 dish and thy charged us $700
And also it’s a hookah bar thy should be checking ID this isn’t do any of that
Also worst service ever for Ike we order something it took them 30 min to bring it n couple times thy forgot and we had to mention it again and this one server was hella rude and was talking over me n my wife n it was her birthday I wouldn’t want anyone to o go thru this experience on there’s birthday!!!
