I had a bad battery that was well within warranty and I went to another location that was a little easier for me to get into since I drive a semi truck that said store would not load test the battery to see that it in fact was bad I called here and spoke to Steve and Miguel they helped me get my rig as close to the store as I could so I wouldn't have to carry the battery far and loaded tested it and it in fact did fail they showed great customer service I couldn't have asked for a better experience

Initially, I didn't even know that Interstate had a battery store here, but now that I know, I'll be coming here more often. Finding parking on the street is a challenge but the customer service was fantastic. I get a better battery for our camper trailer for a very good price.

They work really hard in making sure that there is always negative answer for their clients. While we waited to be assisted several customers came and could not wait because no to very little acknowledgment to their customers. It seems that they don't need ur business. Anyway went their as a business client who dose quit but of a business there, gave me a really hard time. I do not recommend this please take your business elsewhere.
