245 N Mountain Ave, Upland“I needed an out-of-state travel trailer title transferred to a California title and needed to have the VIN verified. I found Good Faith through the DMV website and gave them a call for availability. To my surprise, they were able to take me that same day within a few minutes so I headed down with my trailer.There were some complications with the out-of-state title, but Faith said she would try and get it sorted out and to check in a few days later; I was also provided with a temporary permit so we were able to take our trailer out for the weekend. A few days later, they had a plate for me but the DMV had made an error on the registration so they needed to get that corrected and the DMV would mail me the corrected registration, but at least I now had a plate and some paperwork to get me on the road.I received my CA title a few days later but the registration never came. I checked in with Good Faith and they asked me to come in and they'd get me settled. Sure enough, I went in and they were able to provide me with the registration and tags.Although the process took a few days in total due to NV and CA DMV mix-ups, Good Faith took care of everything along the way without me ever having to step into a DMV or wait in lines.”

We kept sending it in and it wasn't the right thing or it wasn't good enough. They ended up charging my daughter 4,000 to her loan for not having proof of insurance. I went in and talked to Jessica and she knew exactly what to do to resolve the issue. She called them directly and took care of everything. It was such a relief to have it done with. I walked out of there feeling extremely grateful. Thank you again Jessica and AAA.”

“I’ve been with this company for years, usually I have the best customer service experience. Today unfortunately was a different story. Adrianna H. was very snappy, impatient, and kept talking over me. She stated “We keep interrupting each other so let me talk and you can listen and then speak after me” She quoted me one price then when I was about to agree to be added on to a policy she quoted me a different price almost $100 extra. She didn’t know why it raised when the accident report stated I wasn’t at fault. She wouldn’t call to fix it after she said she would and she still hasn’t given me a price after a day and a half of asking what I’d have to pay out of my pocket to my dad who was adding me on his policy. When I initially called in the morning I was very respectful and from the jump she was rude saying “ugh hold on” and put me on hold for 5 mins sounding irritated the fact I called. I treat others how they treat me she was very unprofessional and I feel if you don’t like your job then find a different one. I do hope they monitor the call for quality assurance. I’m very unhappy with how she handled everything.”
