I appreciate what they do. But two times now I had an appointment, showed up and the person I had an appointment with did not show up. I never received a call beforehand from anyone saying they need to reschedule.

If there's a zero score, I would have given this tax preparer 0!! Avoid getting Karen Chatt-- you'll be disappointed! This was my first and last time to use H&R Block!

My tax preparer Hoosh knows his job and does it very well. If you expected to get a refund even if its a small amount. Let him do his magic? He also gives good advice for the upcoming year?For that I give H&R block in Upl.????

I have used their services 8 more years than I ever should have. They refuse to do any write offs that I qualify for. The emerald card is a scam. And they are refusing to fix their mistake that is costing me over $2k despite their "peace of mind guarantee".Do not use their card. Do not get ripped off by their "peace of mind" b.s. Do not use their service. You have better chances of avoiding an exorbitant audit by filing your own taxes. They will not fix anything. You will owe.
