Went in to the store to get some paint and casually looked at blinds when Francine saw that looked like we needed help. She came over and really explained measurements and how to install blinds. She really took the time to help us look at all of our measurements and picked the right blinds for our new home. We had over 10 blinds to buy and she was so patient cutting all of the blinds for us to make sure they fit perfectly. She made our visit here welcoming and made the experience less intimidating. She was so fun, kind, and helpful. Thank you for your patience and answering all of our questions.

Half the products in this store are locked up. Which would be fine if it didn't take 20 minutes to get someone to unlock the cage for you. If you ask them to unlock something, they'll just simply say they don't have the key... okay can you call someone then? Happens every time I go in here. I see reading the reviews, ignoring and avoiding customers is a common theme among the employees here.

Not sure what's up with all of these reviews... This is a great location. The service is outstanding. They are extremely helpful and always happy to help. They don't make you feel annoying for asking lol. They have a huge selection. They always have what I need. And crazy good prices. Today, Melissa in electrical helped me and she was outstanding. People like that really deserve to be recognized and appreciated. These people are working hard and doing a great job.

Leave it to home depot to still be sexist af. The balding old man with glasses is no help at all, and will 100% ignore you no matter how long you have been waiting in line if a man needs help. Then he will call you little girl (im 36) and act like you don't know what you need. I just need a piece for a wheelchair, and this guy completely turned me away from home depot forever. Train your staff not to be misogynistic jerks.

The three stars are for the Home Depot building itself, and the product availability. The stars I left blank are for how I felt the service was today. I truly feel like I'm seeing more and more focus on long nails, self satisfaction, leading to rude customer service, and less on good quality customer service. I remember the day when you went into a store and paid for product and received good customer service. Now today you walk into a store and it's all about the employee and what they look like and how rude they can be.. I know I'm ranting, but what really happened was we asked someone at a register who was doing nothing to get the line down; if she was open, she ignored our question, looked past us, and said, can I help you to a customer behind us. My husband replied he is behind us. She actually had the audacity to say "oh I didn't know where the line was" Completely, ignoring the fact that we personally asked if she was open.. I think they should hire people with common courtesy, and have the capacity to use their brain. The cashier's name was Veronica. A very poor quality employee, who is in desperate need of training regarding customer service. I would've given five stars, however, Veronica had one job and she blew it.

This Home Depot has improved but has plenty of room for improvement. For starters they need to train their newer staff in knowing the difference between a 16 penny nail and square Shovel. What happened to interviewing prospective employees to see if they even have any business beeing in a hardware store. 2nd issue is they still allow the dozens of illegal and unlicensed wanna be Contractors to solicit you when your trying to park your truck. Thank God it's not like the LA stores that have turned into a 3 Ring Circus of fruit vendors, stuffed animals and stolen tools offered in the parking lots.

Home Depot has always been the go to for me and my family. A good variety of work supplies and all my home improvement needs. I know people have mixed reviews about the stores but this specific store has always been professional and helpful. The only problem I would say is sometimes the workers are hard to find.

On May 20, 2023. I order some cabinets for my cabinets and there was nice pregnant women behind counter and when she called to be back to have my item delivered to the front no one answer so she went to the back and when she came back she had half my cabinets, I made her stop and when I look around all these men was past her and not even offering to help and on top of that the pallet was broken making it even harder to pull so I made her stop and I got the manager, Mr. Christopher and he took over for her and told her to drink water and rest. I also recruited some other employees to help him loaded in my truck so ladies and gentlemen and heard my complaint and clear the situation up right away. The employees are Mr. Christopher, Peter, Becca, Savannah and Jared. Thank you for your help.

Just needed a new battery for my cordless drill and waited 10 minutes looking for an associate. After asking for help gentleman asked me to wait while he help a customer...20 minutes later still helping the same customer. Went to ask another associate and was immediately told to find the other 2 workers in that department as she was already helping another customer. Both associates had a bad attitude and did not seem to want to help me. Why lock up simple tools like a battery pack forcing me to wait endlessly for help to take the combination lock off for 2 seconds!!

Eddie with the curly hair is an asset to your company. He helped me make 3 copies of keys. As a business owner, I am always looking at employees and trying to figure out if I would hire them. While carving out keys, he was reorganizing shelves and products that were misplaced. He was not wasting time standing around shaving keys. He was actively looking for more things he could do to be more productive. I hope management sees this and gives him a promotion. Very impressed.

Sydney!!! Thank you for being so helpful. On 12/15/2022 around 11 am I stop by to buy few things at the this store. I walked in and saw Sydney. I asked her one question and she gladly helped me out. After I found my item and I was walking to the cashier, I realized I need another item and saw Sydney again. Without hesitation Sydney helped me out again. Thanks for your help and your attitude. People like you make life so much easier. I hope your help is not unnoticed.

Don't bother coming here for a Christmas tree. The lot attendants would not help tie the tree to the roof. The trees were also pretty well picked over. I will not be coming back.

Sebastian's and andres help me find, load into a cart and then into my truck heavy block and 1/3 ton bags of premix, not once but twice. These two young workers really made it possible for me to complete my project in one day. Thank you! Great attitude and great service
