Im pretty sure that my dog loves it here! I love that they post to their instagram so you can see your dog during their play time. He is a very reserved dog and takes a bit to trust people, well he's stayed here twice now and he was so excited to go back the second time. We are so grateful because we never expected to feel so comfortable leaving our dog anywhere to stay. They even bathed our guy after he played in the water during his first stay. It's so comforting seeing our dog home not come home traumatized.

The staff is really informative and nice, just like the place itself. It seems like my German Shepherds had fun. The only reason I'm taking off one star is due to their policy of not operating on Sundays. For this reason, we were forced to go to a different boarding dog resort, which, as a matter of fact, cost twice as much, but we had no other option.

Heavenly Pet Resort in Upland is the cleanest Boarding facility I've seen. The staff is extremely friendly and absolutely great with your animals. They post pictures of your dogs, which is very comforting when you're on vacation. I won't take our dog anywhere else.

We bring our 2 fur babies a few times a year to HPR. They’re the only ones we trust with their care. I live in Rancho Cucamonga and always refer other pet parents to HPR in local FB groups. In our city there’s a few popular boarding facilities. Some of the red flags ? were not allowing us a tour of their boarding facilities. I wouldn’t drop of my kids at any daycare without a look around, so I definitely wouldn’t leave my fur babies either. Try a one day drop off and ask for a tour around. Your pets will trust HPR staff too❣️

We had a family emergency and Heavenly Pet Resort was wonderful. The staff was great and took the best car of my dog during a difficult time. The pictures posted on Facebook made me feel so good to see him having fun and looking happy. Thanks Heavenly Pet Staff.

This is my first time leaving my baby with Heavenly Pet Resort for a week and I cannot wait to take her again. They provide plenty of playtime, which is something I was looking for because I did not want my dog to be locked up all day. They post pictures of the dog’s playtime on instagram. I felt assured that my dog was being well taken care of and I can’t to take her again so she can play with other dogs. I come from Beaumont area and wish that they had a location in Redlands.Please open one up in Redlands, there are plenty of dog owners who are looking you guys!!!

My pups stayed here for 10 nights and i was so nervous to leave them but everything went so well! I love that they post on their Instagram so i was able to see them daily. They look like they had so much fun! I was worried because they have never been around other dogs so i didn't know how they'd react but they made so many friends! My only complaint is they aren't open for pickup on Sundays which let me without my babies an extra day but it's okay because they had so much fun!

The folks here are friendly and professional. We have a large, rambunctious, Weimaraner that we boarded for the weekend. We signed him up for all of the activities and by all indications, he had a great stay.

It’s never easy leaving your pets/family behind when traveling, but heavenly pet resorts makes it easy. This is our second time using them and my dogs just love them. We get picture updates and the staff is really caring. Even on pick up my husky Eevee ran to the staff to get her daily dose of pets before even noticing we were there. Trying not to take that personal ?. Wouldn’t consider leaving my babies with anyone else.
