“RELIANCE NUT & BOLT pricing was the best after reviewing multiple sites (5+ checked out). Their phone response was excellent, returned a call within the half hour after leaving my message. Selection and inventory availability was great, everything I needed was on their shelves. Delivery and customer service was spot on, I had my hardware delivered and in hand within hours of my initial call. I’m going to RELIANCE NUT & BOLT from here on out. “Nice place. Inventory great. Only downfall is that the place is not open on the weekend. Would be nice if at least it was open on Saturday (close on Wed or Thur, if you want to offset this day). There are plenty of people who do side-jobs on the weekend, and the ability for us to go to this store, at least on Saturday, would be great. It would seem this small business is overlooking a potential for additional sales/profit, that is not being taken advantage of.”

“On Friday Dec. 1st I stopped to look for and buy lithium batteries. Could not find AA lithium on the kiosk so I asked a male cashier who was standing around outside of his work station and his replay to me was "if you don't see it we don't have it" and walked away! I was totally caught off guard by his rudeness, as I was leaving and passing the work station next to his station, Cashier Olay asked if I found every thing ok and i explained my situation which she said " yes we have them " and took me to the kiosk grabbed the lithium batteries and apologized for her coworkers rudeness !!!! Now that's what I call 5 Star Service form a great Home Depot employee. Thank You Cashier Olay Don R.”

“I just bought a metal canopy at Lowe’s in Upland. I got a little problem when placing the order, their computer system was down , the order was not posted, I called back and Tom and Ramon helped me with the transaction, it took 2 days to solve the problem within the store and their credit card services, but thank God Tom was able to do it and honor the price online????. Woohoo ?? good job Tom, definitely recommend this store”
