In October, 2020, my car was hit by a tow truck in front of Super Auto Repair, Riverside. The owner of Super Auto Repair told me that he had a friend who had a body shop and did good work and would take it there. They did do great work on the surface. The left rear fender started to crack. I was told that they didn't let the bondo dry completely before painting. A piece of that area had fallen off. I called Green Tech, sent pictures of the car, and was told they would get back to me. Never heard a work. I texted them a couple of weeks later and still not a word. I looked at their website and there is no mention of a lifetime warranty. All the other body shops I checked have a lifetime warranty. Why would you take your car to a place without a lifetime warranty. I was naive enough to think all body shops offered the lifetime warranty. All I want is for my car to be fixed correctly like it should have been in the first place. For $2,600, you would think it would have been.

I have used this collision repair for years. They are very detailed and will make your vehicle as good as new. I am very picky and my vehicles are my babies… I drive a BMW and my son drives a Chevy Colorado… both recently repaired here and they are beautiful… they also make the rest of the vehicle (that was not repaired) look beautiful by doing a great detail… love this place… they do not cut corners… they take pride in their work.

Don't waste your time here! They don't seem to care. I called and asked if they'd work on my car and they confirmed they work with Mercury insurance and they work on my car, so they requested me to send them photos of my car, which I did and they said they would get back to me ASAP.I called back and said I never received a call back, they said they would look at the photos and give me a call back again. I never received a call back so I called them back and they were apparently out in the parking lot so they’d have to call me back again. No call back.. I called them back again and they requested that I send them photos again but this time to a different phone number because they lost them. So I texted them photos of my car again and of course no response. I called back and they said they would call me back again. I've called 10 times and every single time I get the run around. And every time they say no we will work on your car... Lol. If you take 3 weeks to schedule an inspection how long would it take for the car to even get fixed? maybe three years.Maybe they do great work but they never call back so I'll never know. Common courtesy to return calls and messages. Least you can do is just say no. I would totally understand a no.

I got recommended to bring my car here as other center were asking me to drop my car for 30 !!! Or more cause parts were not available and people would take their cars some where else and leave them with the parts. Place understood I only had 30 day rental and offer to help me out if it need more time. They also order my parts on the spot and got them to be deliver the next day. These made my day. To my surprise they took care other repairs my car needed without charging me. I will being my car to them for sure.

I went in for an estimate and their tech Ramon took several pictures of my car and told me it would be a bit before it could be worked on, I was not in a hurry so we set an appointment for 2 months out. I arranged to be dropped off, took off work and drove the car in with my ride following me. May appt was at 8, Ramon was not there and I was told the appt was for an estimate only. After I told the lady helping me the estimate was done and about 20 pictures were taken she apologized and said it was a 2-3 month wait before I would get serviced. My ride was there, I took off the morning, and now I could not drop the car off, but again in no hurry she apologized and told me she would call and give me a time they could get me in. That was over a month ago, have not heard anything. I was bummed as I was referred to them but if this is how they treat customers, I think I got off easy! Be careful with this shop, in my case they dropped the ball over and over.

Looking for a amazing reputable auto body collision shop look no further... Raymond and his team are AMAZING!!! My GT500 was hit while Parked had rear and front end damage... they took my car and worked their magic.. car better then when I rolled of the assembly line.. I am truly grateful to them and appreciate all there hard work.. they take pride in their work, recognizes the importance of quality service.

My car was at green tech after a collision they were so quick to start the repairs ! They contacted my insurance and handled all the approval for additiOnal repairs not on the preliminary estimate ! Great contact and when I picked it up it was perfect and In Pristine condition ! It looked brand new !! Thank you all for doing an amazing job !

What can I say about Ray, Yolanda and the entire staff at Green Tech...I have brought multiple cars here in the past and just picked up my accord that had rear end damage. The attention to detail is amazing....The color matching they do is the best. I have recommended most of my neighbors and friends and they all have had the same amazing service. Truly is top notch body shop who care about the customer and work is outstanding!

Green tech did an amazing job repairing my vehicle. There were so many barriers with insurance companies which caused a couple of delays. Despite the barriers Yolanda did her thing and got what needed to be done without me needing to stress and worry. They handled everything they needed to make sure my repairs would get done. Our RangeRover needed repair work and the color is very hard to match yet the Green Tech Collision Team got it done! And it's perfect!
