Lot more space at the new located . Well lit,organized nicely. The prices are higher. Saw a pair of shoes for 50.00THURSDAYs are really busy (1.99) day but they have 4 cashiers working to get the line down quickly. This was not a negative review. I was making a comment about shoe pricing. I saw some good clothing prices and the clothing is color coordinated. This store is definitely an improvement on the old location.

it's such a pleasure coming here, always so organized and color coordinated. But honorable mention to David & Carly. they go out of their way to just be Nice, you know how rare that is now days? For someone to be simply polite & nice to you. They had smiles, and allowed us to feel comfortable enough to ask away any questions. They checked prices on tagless items without making us feel like a burden. I also wanted to add that we were the last customers there, and other employees sometimes make us feel uncomfortable or like a bother but not David or Carly they still greeted us & we're just sweet as we were leaving. Goodwill needs more David's and Carly's because they are a gem.

I have to say that, the employees and customer service at this store were outstanding except for one. I believe she is the manager. She said her name is Pam. She follow and harassed me through out the store. As I was speaking to her... She kept looking down at my crotch... Making me feel very uncomfortable. Needless to say. I will not come back to this store with a predator staring at my genitals and following me around like I'm a criminal!

I didn’t like the experience at the old location neither do I like it at its new location. Always has been a bad experience I’m not sure if people are just starting to realize that now.

Hi,??♀️I love this specific Goodwill thrift store.I've been coming here for a few years already...The New location seems more roomy & looks nicer, more like a department store.I don't mind that it doesn't have a dressing rooms bc I wouldn't try on used clothes without making sure I washed them myself first. I don't think any of the G.W's have them.But I also know that they don't mind if we pull out an item from the rack and try it on right there.So that's cool.And I've always loved the C/S here. Both employee's and both managers are very nice?And they're Always Helpful including Pam & Shannon whenever I asked/needed It.Pam is more serious professional yet pleasant C/S while Shannon has a very sweet professional personality within her Customer Service.?As far as pricing.. ??♀️ well everyone I'm sure is aware that pricing has gone up with just about everything everywhere since CoVid..? So if you're short on funds just make sure to come during their Thursday special's.Certain color tagged items are only $2 on that day.!.And Every week they choose different tag color and those color tagged items are discounted for that week.The only thing I kind of don't like & no longer do is shopping here 'LATE' during Thursday Special...Bc All the Poshmark clothes sellers come buying 'Full baskets of all the cuter clothes early.??♀️I've seen it my own eyes. So get here early on Thurs.Thank you for your time.. ??♀️I'll post pictures my next visit.

This store is by far the cleanest and well stocked Goodwill with lots of hidden treasures! The Manager Pam is very dedicated to this store and she always creates a fun environment for our shopping experience. The staff are super friendly and they always greet and help us in every way. The displays on the endcaps are very attractive and aisles are very organized. The deals are amazing and the values keep me checking in weekly to almost daily sometime. lol We love coming here.

I have been shopping at this Goodwill when they were at there other store a quarter of a block away. now that they are at their new store it's much lighter and cleaner and a real good atmosphere, the service is great the management is great and the manager Pam is super, very pleasant to talk with, she'll do whatever she can to help you with whatever product you're looking for, if it's in the store that glad to help you with it, even though everything has gone up these days you can always find a good deal at the Goodwill Upland store. This location is so overpriced. They are delusional. I thought the Goodwill was meant to help people, not rip them off. They need some new leadership and remember that this is meant to be a place to employee those who may have trouble with finding employment AND provide a place that's affordable for people to shop that don't have unlimited funds.

Carly was so friendly and kind. She really went the extra mile to make sure we left feeling blessed and refreshed! I like the way they have even the decor organized so it feels fresh, stylish and easy to find (ie all the gold decor is on an end cap hobby lobby style). One downside is the kids stuff isn't at all organized. I guess infant to size 14 is all in one section... so not a good stop for me if that's what I'm lookin for!

This is the new location right down the street from the old one. if I remember correctly the old one had changing rooms and this one doesn’t, no bathrooms either. when you walk in it looks like there’s a good amount of stuff but it’s really just a bunch of plain old T-shirts. I went in specifically looking for extra large men’s old graphic tees, and didn’t find any. definitely not the place to come to if you’re looking for any vintage clothing and their shoe selection was very limited as well

This store is so clean and doesn't have a weird smell Like other thrift stores , the man that works cashier was very helpful and sweet. I found exactly what I wanted there and for a good price . They have a lot of nice stuff !!!
