Service department management is horrible.. first time being my car to the dealer I was given a hertz rental car as the warranty states. I later was called and billed by hertz rental car the shop manager refused to come out of his office and talk to me about this bill and just gave me the excuse that I needed to take it to a Lincoln dealer for the rental car coverage. Had I been informed of this I wouldn’t have even gotten the rental car.
Then today I finely have to go to the dealer because the manager wouldn’t get back to me on the tint they had cut off my windshield. This is a new manager who came out to talk to me and said she was “ waiting for the owner to give her a answer on if they were going to cover the tint they cut off my windshield while taking off the oil change sticker but they don’t have to cover it because it’s illegal and I shouldn’t have tint.” What kind of managers do this people hire, they have zero customer service experience. I bring my car here because it’s down the road from my house and convenient but the convenience doesn’t outweigh the hassle after each time.
P.s. don’t bring a Lincoln here after my wife’s navigator was worked on Lincoln services took two days undoing the mess they caused!!!

Laurence was extremely helpful, communicated daily via text, and provided a loaner car for my extended repair process to my Explorer. I will definitely use Ford of Upland in the future, and would recommend them to others.

Ford of Upland is absolutely amazing. They have a mobile service that came out to my house to do an o change on my Ford Escape. It took them about 1/2 hour and they were on their way. I wasn’t sitting in the dealership for hours

When my engine for my 2018 Lincoln needed replacement, my warranty company who provided bumper to bumper coverage, delayed their approval to cover the cost for over 84 days. The service manager Danielle Juarez and Service representative Laurence Ruiz never gave up and called my warranty company daily and finally obtained the approval from my warranty company to replace my engine.
I highly recommend Upland Ford and will continue to use them for all my repairs and service of my vehicles.

Came here for an oil change and tire rotation. My windshield wiper fluid hadn't been working the past couple months and I haven't had time to look at it myself, but I figured I could ask them to fix it for me since I had a long work trip coming up.
I knew I'd pay a premium for the service and they'd likely try and upsell me on a million different other things, but I was willing to pay a little more for the convenience of having the repair made reliably/quickly by a reliable mechanic. For this reason I agreed to the $200 diagnostic fee.
Little did I know, the quote/service hours process for this establishment is apparently designed to be as comically overpriced as possible. Within an hour I received my recommendations for repair, about $1600 worth of work on my truck (50k miles), this is after the diagnostic and the $100 for the regular maintenance. Note: this did NOT include my actual requested repair.
Obviously I rejected these "improvements" to my vehicle (I can only assume the $250 apiece investment for two tires would have been an upgrade) and was floored to receive the actual quote for my requested repair.
SIX HUNDREDY TWENTY DOLLARS to replace the windshield wiper pump.
If you ever need this repair, you should know the following: This part costs $40 (if you're getting manufacturer parts) and can literally be replaced BY HAND, in less than 10 minutes. I know because I did it myself after I got home and had fully functioning wipers within 30 minutes. This means that the labor for this repair was about $580 dollars for 10 minutes, or $3480 per hour.
I'd highly recommend getting your car serviced literally anywhere else.
Impersonal, deceptive, and predatory - this place is literally exactly like everyone warns you about dealership service.
To be clear, I was comfortable paying the diagnostic under the assumption that they would present me with a reasonable solution to the actual problem I had. I would probably have paid 1-200 bucks on top to avoid the hassle. All in, had I agreed to the grossly overpriced repairs they offered I would have paid around $2400 for about $400 worth of service and of course did not offer a practical alternative to their proposal. Comical.

UPDATE: 8/28 I’ve attempted to call the number provided for a couple of days now and left voicemails and still have not spoken to anyone regarding the matter. It appears subpar service is the overall culture of this dealer, unfortunately.
Quoted a turnaround time of 2-3 business days when it took 2.5 weeks (dropped car off on 8/5, picked up 8/21). Told them the issues I had with another Ford dealer just a month prior, asked to retrieve my paperwork for them to come back at the end of week, stating I needed to take my car back where it initially came from and to pay for a diagnostic. Once reminded I went to a ford dealer prior, proceeded to take another 1.5 weeks to replace the part. Mind you, it took the previous Ford 1 day to replace the part after running the diagnostic. Oh and of course they found a convenient crack in my fuel tank that would cost $2400 to replace right before the job was completed! Ended up having to pay for a loaner car when i was quoted 2-3 business days NOT 2-3 BUSINESS WEEKS. Laurence Ruiz, service advisor, your work is mid af! You followed through with nothing you said in a timely manner and ensured I had a trash experience. Now I see why ppl choose to go foreign smh
