They're almost OK except for that once I left my telephone locked in the car and they did not have a telephone they could lend me as a customer to find a locksmith around, They sent me to Triple A which was not really what I needed, but other than that I like them

Cheap and secure. The office staff is nice and super helpful as well. The only downside is storage access is only 7am-7pm

Horrible, on 5-2-20 I found out my unit was robbed and the lock provided by the storage was drilled through. When i brought it up to the staff i was met with nothing other than sorry that happened. I asked to be moved to a different unit near some cameras and for a discount if possible because over $3000 of my stuff was stolen. I just wanted to have a type of discussion with management, and yet they have refused to talk to me. I have sent emails asked them to respond talked to employers asking them to have management speak with me, and yet still 8 days later nothing. The cameras are not all over the property there are only a few, many units are within sight, when I was robbed I noticed several areas where people can easily jump over a fence,or back a truck up to and jump over to get inside. If management doesn't respond to someone who has paid for over a year on time with not a missed payment and is just asking for a discussion with the manager of the property what makes you think they will care about your belongings or your unit if something happens to you or th unit?I do not reccomend this location and am willing to change what I said if indeed management does contact me and make this right. I'm not looking for money or things replaced, just to talk would suffice at this point but I guess it is not worth their time to do so. So in short if you are robbed here dont expect management to even talk to you just an employee that says essentially sucks to be you we cant do anything and the manager wont talk to you sorry.

I have rented from them for over a year paid on time, never missed one payment. My unit however was robbed, I found out on 5-2-20 and was infuriated as I think anyone would be. They drilled a hole right through the lock provided by the storage themselves and stole over $3000 worth of items. I was upset sure but was even more upset when i tried to speak to the employee there that tried to tell me he was the manager about the situation. I learned they only have a hand full of cameras and most units are not covered. Also there are two gates where people can easily back up a truck and jump right over and I doubt the few cameras they have would pick it up. When I told the employee I was upset and that I wanted to be moved near where cameras were, I was told he wasnt sure that was possible but I could move to a different unit but maybe not near a camera. This agitated me a little. So I asked that if some sort of discount could be accommodated because over $3000 worth of my stuff was stolen. The employee went on to tell me he couldn't make that decision it would have to be his boss. (He told me this after he said he was the manager) I asked if I could speak with him, I was told no, so I asked for an email of which I was provided one and then sent an email hoping they would respond. None was given. Essentially it was appealing for me and I really wanted to work out, but to the management of foothill self storage I guess their customers dont mean much. I just wanted to have a discussion with a manager and was told I cant have one after my property was stolen on their property. If you are looking for a storage unit to rent from avoid putting yourself in a bad situation, go somewhere else. Essentially if your robbed, an employee will tell you, sorry about that, sucks that happened and no I cant have you talk to my boss. Please avoid going here before your things are stolen and you are met with apathetic responses.

This is a great place to take possessions. It appears to be professionally run. However, there was a lesbian couple who appeared to be living out of their storage unit. That doesn't bode well for the other customer's precious property. I'll be going somewhere else. Thank you but no thanks....
