I've been the the San Bernadine location, and the reviews were true... horrible customer service, and you feel watched the entire time. Was in the area, so I thought I'd give this one a shot. Very warmly greeted to a very well organized, clean and new store! Found a handful of pieces I love and look forward to coming back!

Supplies for florists and hobbyists. Staff are friendly but limited in number. Hours are also limited - close at 1pm. Valentine's week is very busy so plan ahead.

This place is for all things crafty... but like on CRACK! I'm talking serious shoppers only. If you don't have a wholesale license you can still shop but the prices are different. This is my go-to place during the holidays when I anticipating a lazy 'present-wrapping-season' ahead for me LOL they sell those nifty pull the string bows... YOU CAN'T BEAT THAT WITH A STICK! I tell ya! they have quite an array of colors too in case you need some of these bad mamma jammas for shower or birthday gifts too. *wink, wink If you need to do those gift baskets they have a plethora of those to choose from as well as vases (this place is geared toward florist... if you we recall) Hours are a challenge if you work the ole 9 to 5er but you can always come early on Saturday just be aware they close at 11am on the DOT for Saturdays. Great hidden floral supply store in Upland. They have wholesale prices if you have a resale ID, if not they are still reasonable. I came in for cellophane bags for a baby shower and they come in several sizes but only sell in count of hundred. Rows and rows of ribbon in all sizes, colors and themes. Definitely will be back

Beware, all sales final... And the prices you see on display is only for wholesalers. Had I known I could've bought the same things cheaper on Amazon and it would have been delivered free with prime membership! They should make sure their customers are aware of that policy.

Buyer Beware! All sales are final, it would be nice if they told you before you purchased items. It is in small print at the bottom of the receipt. They would not even do exchanges for unopened flowers bought in the incorrect size. I would recommend shopping at hobby lobby or Michael's because they have exceptional return policies.
