It serves floral designers, craft merchandisers, wedding planners, and related industries. The Upland location has a very well organized, clean and new store. Its staff are the best, always so helpful and friendly, providing the best service with a smile. Customers are very warmly greeted. However, another location received reviews noting horrible customer service.
