The owner of this business is the only one that works there. He has no legitimate record of incoming items held at this location. Is inventory or record of consist of him grabbing a big pile and going through them one by one. Package was delivered there by FedEx but he never updated the information or put it in the system. Now suddenly the package is lost. Walked in looking for help yelling for somebody and nobody was around several minutes later he came through the door and that's when I learned he's the owner and soul worker at this location. Extremely disorganized. I definitely do not recommend your packages being dropped off or delivered to this location. Again, the door was open I walked in for several minutes nobody was there so your packages are exposed anyone to walk in and walk out with something without being noticed.

Color copy for only $0.25 very simple and easy no crowds and staff very helpful they even have passport photos for $10 and you get it on the spot no waiting best fastest passport photo available!

I only went there because it is closed to my place. They completely lost my package. When I went back to ask about what happened (because my tracking showed that my package wasn't even scanned), the employee just shrugged and carelessly told me he doesn't know. His demeanor and attitude were so rude. I am so upset that they lost my package. Pls stay away from this place. Something very sketchy going on here.

DO NOT USE FOR FED EX IF YOU NEED IT QUICK. Closed for lunch "1-2pm" daily. Went by on Monday, 11/9, to see why my packet could not be delivered. The sign said closed from 1-2pm and @ 2:25 and it was still closed. The next day I called prior to the package being delivered and was told that Fed Ex delivers in the afternoon. Called back 12 minutes later after being told by Fed Ex that my package was delivered and was told rudely that it was delivered after the prior conversation. ....And then was hung up on after I told the man I would be over to pick it up. Again more rudeness when I picked up the package. I tried to show my door tag and ID and was told that he didn't need to see it. The package of computer equipment was worth hundreds of dollars. And, the young man didn't offer any help to this gray haired lady. I didn't really expect this, it was just the icing on the rudeness cake.

I have had a mailbox here for about a year. I'm so done with this place. Their hours are now 10-4 with a lunch break from 1-2. I have been there at 10 minutes to 4 and it's been closed many times.He has no system in place so you have recourse if your package isn't delivered. I have lost 3 in the last 6 months. All say delivered and signed for so you have no recourse. The ups or usps brings in all the packages sometimes over 10 at once . He signs once for all of them doesn't keep a log and writes your name on them . You then go in and look for your name and walk out with your package. I mailed a gift to Paso Robles from there. I also mailed a gift from the post office the same day. The package I sent from the post office made it to Hawaii 3 days before the package I mailed from the mail depot arrived in Paso Robles. What a hassle to change everything to a new mail place but the owner Alex is really rude and lazy. 0 stars off possible.

The absolute worst owner. They guy who runs the depot has lost many parcels and hasn't mailed out my return packages. When I confront him he just blows you off. I've lost money thru this horrible depot. I'm reporting him because this out of hand. Go somewhere else.

Pathetic business hours, Yelp has their hours listed sat 9-11am. We'll Mail depot can not seem to update their hours. Places like this are the reason downtown upland is suffering. I can't believe fedex sent my package to this joke of a place that is only open when people are at work. Horrible place.
