The WORST experience I've had with a body shop. I had a minor accident that involved the passenger fender, front door, bumper, and axle. Marco confidently said he can fix it, but I soon realized he was not qualified. Marco is dishonest, and failed to complete the job, and the work that he did was not correct. He never returned my calls, so I had to physically go to the shop multiple times a week only to see my car sitting there with nobody working on it. After 5 months, I pulled my vehicle and brought it to another shop. The assessment showed subpar repairs by Empire, and the new appraiser TOTALED my car. After 6 months of hell, my car was totaled. Marco did not bid the job correctly, in fact, he was so incompetent, he never should've taken the job in the first place. In the end, he told my insurance that the job was complete, but the new assessment showed something completely different. AVOID this establishment!!!!!

I came here in need of urgent help with my car. I had damaged a good portion of my right front side and the owner Marco was super kind and assuring that he was able to fix it! I still needed my car for the day so he was able to make it drivable and in the meantime get an estimate of how much the total repair would be. The prices were also very fair! I am happy to come back to finish my repairs.

We received excellent service and care at Empire Collision. Marco and staff were excellent during the entire process. Their rates are very competitive and they delivered just as they promised. We were very pleased with the work, communication and friendliness. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

This is one of the best car collision places I've been to. They were so helpful great customer service. They fixed my car in a day made it look like a brand new car. They even cleaned my head lights with out me asking. They look like brand new head lights. The owner was super helpful very kind. I would recommend this place to everyone(:

After a month now I can safely leave a legitimate review regarding my opinion on this business. I am grateful for Marco & Joe as well as the rest of the crew for helping me out through my stressful situation. I own a Mercedes Benz 2016 E350 & absolutely adore it. Sadly someone happened to back into my vehicle while it was parked causing me to deal with the damages a week before leaving to Colorado. Thankfully Marcos was able to give me a great deal on repairs & even help me find a OEM headlight within minutes! I was heavily concerned as to if I would be able to get a OEM headlight & if so, if it would look right alongside my original headlight. They de painted my bumper, fixed the hood & re painted everything perfectly. My emotions were very flustered & because of this professionally managed business I was able to have my car back in my possession within 3 days. Dude, that's super rare & I am beyond happy with the results. Marcos also let me know that if there were any sensor issues or anything I may notice that seems off, to not worry & let him know for he will be sure to help me out along the way. Of course I am going to be genuine when returning with any issues if there were to be any but even as something as small as replugging my halo light (Mercedes front emblem) in was dealt with within the following 24 hours. Thanks dudes, forsure will recommend this business to anyone !!

Repeat customer and for good reason. 6 years ago I used Empire Collision to repair damage to my car. I gave them then a 5-star rating. I returned in April 2023. Once again Marco and his team did an excellent job and at a really attractive price point. 5 stars again!

My front right fender on CLS 550 was dented and was brought back to its original shape and look like nothing happened. So I have them worked on my 07 Escalade to repair some dents and scratches and even fixed the lift gate that hasn't been working for a while, and a loose door handle that is almost ready to fall. Fully satisfied to all the works. I highly recommended this shop for any auto body repair works.

Empire Collision is amazing! They helped me with a big problem for a unbelievable super good price! The door of the outside storage compartment of my RV was damaged, the door frame was broken but the door was good. I asked the dealer and also a body shop that specializes in repairing RVs, they both told me that I needed to replace the whole door&frame , and it took more than 5 weeks to order new parts, but my RV has been booked to rent to someone else and must be delivered within a week, or I have to pay the penalty. Thank god I found Empire Collision, they repaired the whole compartment to a perfect condition without replacing any parts, and it only took several hours, the cost was less than 1/5 of what the dealer quoted, that was a price that I could afford easily! They provided me a perfect service and they saved my life! I am 10000% sure I will come back when needed and definitely be their loyal customer!

They did great work! Came in to get my 4Runner’s back bumper fix after someone hit it. They match the paint perfectly, called me with any adjustments and updates. Definitely taking back my cars and business to them

I brought in our new car for a small, 1/2in but deep scratch. The car looks like new, as if nothing happened. Marco and his team were able to finish the work without having to take any panels or parts down. This made my quote significantly lower than other shops'. I'm very happy and coming back again for future body work needs.

My experience with Empire Collision Center has been unfortunate. Last week I got into a minor accident where someone rear ended me in a car wash. The man who hit me wanted to pay out of pocket and I agreed. I was recommended to Empire by a mechanic shop that I had used in the past that I had a very honest experience with. I went to Empire and got a quote which I passed along to the person who hit me. He immediately wrote me a check and I told Empire to order the part. A couple days pass and Empire called me to tell me that they ordered the wrong part and it would now cost me an additional 50%. I agreed since I was originally given an estimate. However, I decided to pay the remaining balance out of my own pocket. I dropped off my car this morning expecting it to take the 4 hours I was quoted for labor. To my surprise, I got a call from empire after exactly 2 hours notifying me that my car was ready to be picked up. I told them I would be there in a couple of hours because I was working. A couple hours later, I arrive at empire to pick up my car. I anticipated my cost to be reduced from the original labor cost of $220 for 4 hours to $110 for the 2 hours it actually took. When I got the new invoice, I noticed I was still be charged for 4 hours of work. I mention this discrepancy and was told "we gave you a call when it was almost ready, it still took 4 hours". In what world do you call someone to tell them their car is ready if it's going to be 2 more hours. It's unfortunate that as a woman, mechanics take advantage of the fact that I don't know about cars. I do however know how to read line items on a quote. I know for a fact that if I would've waited in the shop for my can't to be ready, I would have only been charged the actual labor amount. After I was given that excuse, I decided to just pay and get out of there. I was happy I at least pointed out the shadiness. Oh and when he ran my card, it was an additional $20 for a transaction fee. Mind you this was never mentioned or posted anywhere, had it been I would've just brought cash. In the end, I will never go back here and I am glad my interaction is done. They are dishonest and took advantage of me.
