Johann quickly diagnosed what was wrong with my dryer. Explained what he needed to do and fix the problem. He also swept behind the dryer for me and cleaned up after himself as well very polite and professional. I will definitely use them again.

Be aware that this company has changed hands. Bill was The Best - personable & honest with fair prices. But it was impossible to reach him during Covid. I recently discovered he sold his business to "Mr Appliance" and it is not the same company that got all these great reviews.

After reading the reviews on David's appliance repair and called, they never mention that this business is bought by Mr. Appliance. I had Mr. Appliance serviced our dryer before, the repair fee was pretty expensive. I thought giving David's appliance repair a try and to support Upland business. I had to pay $160 for someone to come out and hoping they would be able to fix it since they will include $160 towards the repair. Well, the repair is going to cost more than when I purchased it. $650!!!! I appreciated the honest answer and suggestions on what brand to purchase if I were to get a new one (it seems pretty obvious just to buy a new on instead of repair that only gives one year warranty on the repair.) I just threw $160 away for a 10 minute consultation. Please change the business name to Mr Appliance.

$225 to "inspect" a washer and dryer before repair, and they would accept a video of the problem to at least give you an idea of what is happening.

Dave is a real American company with good old fashion values. The 2 time we had appliance issues, he was honest and upfront which is what I always look for. Dave is our guy!

Brock was an awesome, humble, and knowledgeable guy. Came in wasting no time, checked out and resolved the issue thoroughly and effectively, and explained to me in detail the issue I was having, how the air circulates in my fridge, and potential future issues I may be having as well. The communication between the helpdesk to the repairman and the repairman to me regarding date/time is impeccable. First time using their service and great impression thus far. Keep it up!

Do not call here! He is not in business anymore. He sold to the VERY overpriced Mr. Appliance. Mr. Appliance would rather rip You off for $99 service call & then quote you a ridiculous repair fee more than you could buy a new one for. DO NOT CALL DAVIDS APPLIANCE REPAIR OR MR. APPLIANCE they are one in the same scam.

David's has been sold to Mr. Appliance. I had the new company come to my house today. They charge a lot more and where David's was open and would show you what a part would cost, the new owners mark up the parts and charge a lot more. Sadly I can no longer recommend David's or it's new owner. I just felt taken advantage of.

Great service! Called on Friday and someone came out the same day to give me an estimate to repair our LG washer and Kitchen Aid microwave/oven. Came back today Monday to do the repairs. Kept to their anticipated time frame for arrival on both days. Repaired both and installed a water filter on our Kitchen Aid refrigerator as well. Very happy with the service! Fair price for highly professional organization.

We have used David’s Appliance for many years and have always been impressed with their service, communication and pricing. They do a great job, respond quickly to inquiries and follow up on your ordered parts and service so that you aren’t having to constantly do your own follow up. Very highly recommended!!

It just does not get any better than Dave from David's appliance repair. Incredibly honest and kind.I learned so much as he explained about my refrigerator problems and oven components and what to look for. He sure knows his stuff . Extremely knowledgeable!!! Also Whirlpool Maytag KitchenAid Amana shared with me important aspects about best refrigerators and products. I will only call David's appliance repair in the future, 5 stars all the way. Office staff very friendly as well . Overall , great experience.Thank you!

I READ REVIEWS BEFORE CALLING DAVIDS REPAIR AND YES ALL REVIEWS ARE TRUE VERY HONEST AND RELIABLE I WAS SO SURPRISED ON HOW HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL THEY ARE AM SO PLEASED WITH WHAT I WAS TOLD ABOUT MY REFRIDGE INSTEAD OF DAVIDS REPAIR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ME THEY DIDNT THEY WERE UP FRONT OF THE GOOD AND BAD OF MY FRIDGE.I TRUELY RECOMMMENED DAVIDS APPLIANCES REPAIR TO EVERYONE.
