It’s 7:30 pm Sunday the 16th of June.
There is one employee that looks way too young to be in the store by himself so stressed out that he is rude to customers. He can run around the store grabbing products for people in line 5ft from the restroom but couldn’t open the restroom for my son because he was helping other people.
They need to better train staff or hiring more people instead of leaving a kid in charge of the whole store to the point where he appears he is going to have a mental break down.
Customer service isn’t a priority anymore.

Does this place have air conditioning? Why is it so hot and humid in here? I hate using self check out in this store. Not because of how it works, but because the gray haired woman with glasses that always wears a mask is constantly hovering over while you scan and literally standing right next to the machine. I don't need your help. That's why this is self check out. Back off.

I wish I could use less. The associate named Robin has the worst attitude I’ve encounter. Very loud, rude. Has a bad temper and was throwing things due to her frustration not being able to find a product herself and was yelling across the store to another associate. Waited for help with check out and she ignored me and has issues with self check out. Her response was yelling at us saying yeah I’m coming but in a rude way.

They got rid of all the cashiers you have to do it yourself and I don't want to use the self do it check out I shouldn't half to be forced to it's not like I don't know how, I am not their employee I do not get paid to be their cashier.

CVS Upland has long long wait times. The lines are very long. The staff tell you your prescriptions will be ready in 20 minutes so you are waiting, but they do not call you to tell you they are done. If you have well care there are no labels on the products to tell you which products are available. Then the pharmacy staff is not trained how to use your insurance. Not even the pharmacist was able to help me so I walked away, not being able to make my purchases. The woman at the checkout in the front was extremely rude. And the bathrooms are broken. The store is dirty if you have the opportunity to go somewhere else, go somewhere else.

This cvs is neat and employees are helpful but only thing I didn’t like was the cashier that helped me out asked for my email and just told me that it was to get discount but she never mention it was a membership until I saw the monthly payment, that is just not right for someone to add you to something like that without consent. Other than that I did like this cvs.

I was at the checkout line for at least half an hour. I had items that were on sale and when I tried the self checkout it didn’t ring up the sale price. Understaffed and also inexperienced in retail.
