I love Jessica. She is the best. She takes her time offering the kind of service you and your fur-baby deserve. I have found home for my furbaby for as long as my girl is on this earth. Jessica is quick, yet on point. The store is really cool too, the owner is very knowledgeable regarding everything your fur-baby needs.

I used to rescue dogs and would take them for grooming at another business where Jessie worked, that's how I met Jessie, over 12 years ago. Over the years she would not only groom my rescues but also my own fur babies, my Sammy (who passed two years ago) was a bit reactive to other people, and would only allow Jessie to touch his paws and groom him -he would't allow any of us at home to do the same-. Jessie is an experienced groomer, who understands canine behavior and applies that knowledge to put any nerveous doggie at ease. She is 100% the best groomer one can wish for. Thank you Jessie for always looking after my "kids" Sasha, Sammy, Baby, Noodles, Molly, and Cooper

I will follow Jessica anywhere to groom my doggie...and I have over the years! I couldn't be more pleased to see her excel in her new grooming facility! Great shop! FANTASTIC GROOMER! Jessica is THE BEST! My doggie Monkey always smells so clean and she gets so happy when she gets her fresh fade by Jessica! I will continue to travel anywhere just for her exceptional work! If your thinking about taking your furry best friend here do it.I took my dogs for the first time to get groomed here, and Jessica did such an amazing job. You can see how much she loves her furry friends. %100 will come back and this is my new spot and what's a bonus is all the cute little treats and toys they have :)))

I'm so happy and 100% satisfied. Jessica was so amazing, so sweet and loving. She made my fur baby, Joy, feel comfortable and I felt comfortable leaving her. I've taken Joy to other places and she would come back acting weird for the whole day. This time she was herself all day and was even happy. She knew she looked cute! From now on this is my place to take Joy. Joy even got a treat that's stated "All clean". Loved the detail. 100% recommend!

I stop in for goodies about every 3 months or so (after routine visits to another local establishment) for my 3 dogs. I love chatting with the owner about our pets. Points for puchases add up to bonuses later on. They just added a in house grooming service, too!

Cozy Pet Supplies is very... cozy! A small shop but carries a variety of products including pet puzzle activity boards, which is my recently adopted dog's favorite. These are semi-hard to find in-stores and often need to be ordered online only. So it was nice to see them here in this shop!This shop supports the local animal shelter by giving you 1 free bag of pet food (6 lbs) plus $10 off a $50 if you adopt a pet from Friends of Upland Animal Shelter.Has everything you need for cats, dogs, birds, and other small creatures. They have toys, pet strollers, leashes, beds, food, OTC pharmeceuticals, grooming products, treats, dental care, and even pet birthday party products. I bought one pack of doggy birthday cake mix and baked it myself. However they do offer already prebaked dog treats and cookies in a variety of shapes.I did not see any prescription products including prescription food.Employee was very knowledgeable about products, their information, and availability.I recommend calling ahead of time to see if they carry your pet's favorite food brand. Although they do carry a good varities, some brands were not available. Hill's Science Diet is not carried here.Employee said grooming services are going to be offered soon.
