Nice, hospitable staff. Um I bought cheetos...they were good! Got lotto and cheaper smokes. Hey you asked!!!”

“This is by far the best 7 Eleven, I have ever been to. I think I have a total of 4 with in a 2 mile radius of my home. The friendliest staff I have ever met and the added bonus of actually engaging with customers, taking the time to memorize customer’s names is just amazing. Super friendly and excellent customer service. Two of the guys there, make me wish I was hiring for my administration team, I would hire them in an instant solely based on their customer service and the compassion displayed when I come into the store.Good job with this store!!!”

The air and water service machines always work, the car wash is pretty good in the bathrooms are pretty much what you would expect for an AMPM by a freeway. Freeway. It's really well kept and the staff is usually pretty cool.”

“I love this gas station! The employees here are so kind and accommodating! They've never made me feel rushed or like I'm wasting their time, they never make me feel like I'm a problem (like some other gas stations make me feel). In fact, I'm here often enough that they remember me and greet me with a smile and when I don't show up for a few days, they'll ask me where I've been and tell me they haven't seen me around... I love that about them! They make me feel welcomed here, which is above and beyond for a gas station.”

“Went here the other day as a result of another 711 Lottery machine being down close by. The guy at the front counter was really cool. Was able to get my Lottery tickets and a free Blueberry slurpee. The store was clean and I was in and out really quick. I was also able to fill up the gas tank at this 711 and received a 24 cents per gallon discount on my 711 app as well as having it connected to my Gas Buddy. Will definitely come back to this 711 more often!”

“A better pharmacy would be hard to find. Each time I've gone to this CVS I've been surprised by the kindness and care shown me. I had been sick with 2 rounds of a summer cold when I went in the last time. One staff member was stocking items close by & when I asked a question, she left her assignment, came to where I was and took her time to answer all my questions. Who does that these days? Then there's this thing they do when my primary physician sends an Rx to them. I am immediately notified by text that they've received a prescription and give me the projected time it will be available... usually 1-3 hours. But here's the surprise... at the end of their text, they have a line that says, "If you need this prescription sooner, Click Here." I've clicked there the last two times and guess what... in no time at ALL I get THIS text... " your prescription is ready for pick-up." How cool is THAT? Once I went thru the drive-thru and saw a sign posted on the window that their computer was down & I'd need to go in the store. Ok, so I admit I was bummed. But, for all the things that go right with this place, I let this inconvenience go. I'll keep going back because I like good surprises.”

“I like this 711. The people working here are friendly. The store is stocked and clean when I've came in. I've only used the soda machine once in 2 years so I cant comment on that. I dont buy the items on that grill so I can not comment on the food. The customer service is great. The people are always welcoming. The store definitely has its regular customers that appear to be happy as well. I've seen the workers here hard at work all the time. Even short staffed they still greet me with a pleasant attitude while Stocking, working the counter and cleaning. It's a convenience store. What more can I say”

“I’ve been going to this location on a regular basis since 2017. Overall the stuff is pretty friendly. The pharmacy department works hard but could use some assistance at times when there is a 10 person. Wait in line. Selection is pretty good there, but often times they run out of laundry products which start on the sale date. So they need to stock better. Overall, the experiences shopping there are pleasant.”

“i feel like i used to have issues at this pharmacy a lot. but lately it’s been great.miriam is fantastic. i’m not sure if she’s a manager or the head pharmacist or what’s going on. but she’s on top of it. i’ll call and as soon as she sees my name she asks how i’m doing and one time she randomly gave me some news about one of the meds i’m on. without even looking at my profile. she just remembered what i was taking. doctors don’t even usually remember what i’m taking. that’s dedication.other pharmacy employees have also been super understanding and sweet here. i’ve had issues with insurance and getting meds when i need them but it’s never due to employee error, it’s always higher up the chain. so i’ve had a couple employees share my frustrations which is validating and i just appreciate the care being put into everything and the amount of work these people are doing on the daily to make sure everyone is properly medicated.i can understand 1 star reviews and i’ve made plenty of them. sometimes people have bad experiences due to misunderstandings right? that’s all i can assume is happening with the 1 star reviews of this cvs. i’m telling you. the people that work at this pharmacy care about what they’re doing. more than pretty much every medical professional i’ve ever dealt with.”

“I have been coming here on and off since it opened. I remember it being one of the first couple of places (if not the actual first) to open in this center. It is so close to the Claremont Colleges that I know the students would be glad they are here. Every time I come here, it's just grab an item or two for food and/or snack and go. Mostly the occasional yummy Slurpee! This was the case today. Most of the workers are generally pretty nice and helpful. The store usually seems to be decently clean. Like all 711 stores, this store just has that outside look even from far away that says...hey come inside and grab something good! My little treat here after a big meal elsewhere in the center capped off an even better day! I will be back around to this 711 for future visits!”
